Uttarkand - Nainital , Bhimtal , Kuasani Trip - Hotels were nice , hospitality was good at each place . The CAB driver was also very good , co-operative also.Had great fun , enjoyed alott. Need to improve , jeep safari for jim corbett national park , i am not satisfied with it , Not at all .

Great experience It was very great experience and you guys had managed our trip very well. I felt , it was all about hilly kind of trip so we should have arrange some good condition vehicle which can take load like in our case it was not proper and trip duration between two point increases due to this. it was a memorable and awesome trip. except for the hotel booked in Delhi where we found uncomfortable (Hill palace hotel). Travel agent responded to all the queries but as promised they have not provided breakfast and dinner all days( first day breakfast was charged 400 , we paid from our pocket. Bheemthal lake, paragliding in bheemthal, Ninital cave garden and zoo.

Rohtang Pass was opened, however I was not taken there, instead I was taken to Hamta pass where I witnessed a small patch of snow. It seemed to me as if driver took me to restaurants where his commission was fixed, because the food prices were quite high. Hotel was awesome, all credit to hotel staffs, breakfast was superb. Hotel, sight seeing by Car.

Although the hotel was a great property but there were few issues faced like the reception was unaware of how much prepayment​ was done. Also the phone was not working, had to make calls via my own phone, there was a problem of hot water on couple when we reached and even in the morning next day, and finally haven't received the bill from the hotel till date,it was supposed to be shared on my mail.
