It was very good, the cab service was very good out of the whole trip. It was very long 7 day trip and the driver @Sanoj was very good with no qualms. The hotels where fair, the property at munnar had poor food and the hotel in vagamon was very poor all round. Apart from this the overall trip and service was very good.

It's mesmerizing Staying in house boat

Nikita had been a great help throughout the planning. She was always available on call and made execution of our tour very smooth. The trip was a great experience. Looking forward to booking more trips through Tripsailor and travel triangle!

All the services provided were very good, hotel in Mussoorie was excellent in each and every facility, hotel in Rishikesh was also good. Hotel Mussoorie gateway resort astonished me so much, ican blindly suggest anyone to choose that hotel.

The experience was really better yhan expectations.The way trip was planned was really awesome and effortless.Price of the trip was really budget friendly. The things can be improved - 1.Trihari hotel in rishikesh was aweful and we not at all liked the rooms there so please change that hotel. 2.Cab driver was friendly but while returning his cab got into issue and we had to wait for 5 hours to repair it from mechanic. Mussorrie was a next level experience . Kempty fall,George Everest peak was also a very good sunset spot. Dalai Hills was an surprise spot which was worth visiting please add that in Mussorrie trip. And also Rishikesh river rafting,Nainital was also mesmerizing.

I would like to start my travel experience with Cab and Cab driver. The most helpful and supportive cab driver I have travelled till with date. He was very nice in each of the department, right from guiding us to visit proper location. He made sure our journey is comfortable and pleasant.10/10 to him for his professionalism. Munnar and Thekkady hotels were nice, hygienic, I could have given 10/10 for them as well if there could be have been below. Staff and receptionist were friendly and nice, so the food was nice. We had comfortable and pleasant stay there as well. Now our 4th day in Allepey which was terrible. Housboat was not upto the mark and whatever promised as part of houseboat journey was not delivered. We reached in houseboat at 1:30 and the one shown to us in pictures were not the one we boarded into. The food was ok ok. The houseboat was very congested and not very comfortable for a couple. AC was operational only between 9 PM - 6 AM which was again not communicated earlier and came as surprise to us. Houseboat was not clean enough. We have been promised candle light dinner, birthday cake and only birthday cake was delivered to us. The night stay at houseboat was also not pleasant as AC stopped in the middle of night and it was very unpleasant to stay in houseboat without proper ventilation. In all, houseboat experience was very bad and I will suggest to improve this experience. I was very happy with Tripsailer before houseboat experience and could have given 10/10 if there would not have been terrible houseboat experience.

Trip was planned very well. Boat Stay in Alleppey

We had a wonderful 7 trip in the high mountains of Uttarakhand. The places that we visited and stayed were excellent. The Driver (Pradeep) was the next best to the locations, always willing , always smiling, such drivers enhance the quality of travel. I just hope the iternary was thought through and better curated. Few days we spent a lot of time on the road than seeing places. We got the same feedback from the driver and the hotels that we stayed in. We were made to travel from Chopta to Nainatal, a full 12 hours on the road. The hotel/Resort in Nainital was 15 Km away from the town, next day being a Saturday, we had great difficulty traveling to Nainital town, half a day was wasted. Overall excellent experience

The overall experience was good. We tried to cover all the places in the itinerary but missed some due to time constraint and long distance. Even few kms in the mountains is a lot. The driver was not experienced, he pretended as if he knows everything but he knew nothing. The goodies, cake, candle light dinner was not there as per the plan. There was mismanagement at some places. Cygnett resort was very good but Gajraj Trails Resort was okayish. Corbett Safari was good. Overall would rate the trip 4 out of 5.
