Our travel agent planned our trip as per our request. But we are really unhappy with the hotels provided. We had requested for 3 star hotels. But except royal residency at dhanaulti, other hotels were below average on facilities. Hotel trihari at rishikesh was below average ( power outage, dirty washroom). Hotel kamla palace at Dehradun was very old, not even a window for ventilation, damaged amenities. Hotel Skylark in Mussoorie was good but the room was very small considering we had paid for triple occupancy, maybe agent could have suggested this to us earlier. Itinerary of dhanaulti in your website is wrong, dashavatar temple & Jain temple is not there at all in dhanaulti, pls don't give misleading info. Driver showed us most places, but he was not a local. Overall trip was fine but could have been better. George everest peak in Mussoorie

Awasome experience

It was really an awesome experience. I always prefer booking my trips from TT as they give the best quotations and best services. And as usual this was also one of the best trips i had without facing any problems. Thank you so much for making this a such a memorable trip with your awesome services.

Trip package booked in tripsailor.s. Nikita Agarwal and Mr Kaif were dealing with me. The driver and vehicle were good. The communication is very poor after payment. They didn't give any proper information about the place even after request. They didn't respond during the trip, on Sunday, the day we required clarification. Two hotels were good, but the one booked at Mussoorie Savoy residency is very pathetic. The price and the service are quite opposite. The agent didn't respond before the trip reg adding one more adult. No expected guidance from this agency and co ordinator. Speaking, straight, I may not choose you next time. You need to improve your service in all dimensions Nil

No hot water provided in boat house, Final dai sight seeing is not up to the level. Rest of the things awesome

Overall very nice experience.Very properly organised trip by Travel triangle.Hotels were very good, nice House boat, nice cab with very polite and experienced driver. My travel agent Ms Deepika was always there for support and cooperation, special thanks to her who was just a call away from us to guide us. me and my partner had a great trip at munnar , everything was great but i felt full package amount was bit costly when compare to other travel vlog other than everything was great .
