He was picking up the call in once whenever I have some queries all over the trip he was connecting with us. For sure I will be contact Rakesh for all my future trip . The only best part of was the driver

The trip intermediary of Trip sailor Shree. Rakesh was very supportive. The Hotel was good albeit located bit far away from city. The hotel staff from receptionist Shree. Sanju and restaurant staff Shree. Akhil & 1 more person whose name i am unable to recollect gave excellent service and good food in spite of limited staff. The hotel is good and will do great in future if they improve their marketing and hire more staff down the line. The cab driver Shree. Amijith was friendly. 2 observations why i would give low ratings to Travel Triangle, first Shree. Subhabrato Bandopadhyay my Trip Guide at Travel Triangle was totally useless to me as he never responded to my calls, sms, emails or whatsapp messages. Secondly i got the cab details only hours before reaching the destination.

Trip could have been better, with good set of hotel in near area. Rather getting off the city / location. Also agent coordination was not great - can be improved.

We had a great trip to kerala. Houseboat was good, food there was good. Cab driver was helpful and cooperative. But Travel agent should offer a cake as a complimentary as we had our anniversary. I requested travel agent to check for the cake availability but they offered a cake of higher rates than usual. Not very supportive.

Exact information of new places would be helpful to do customisation

After repetitive requirement of cab in good condition..We were given very old model . Throughout our trip we had issue with the car..Not fully satisfied with the service.

The trip was good. But the food menu was entirely same except for Royal Rosette. The Hotel Trihari didn't have good customer service. They were rude on call and AC was not working. The safari ride was also short we were back in hotel by 8.30 am. The driver sometimes didn't want to take us to desired spots due to traffic. So likely, we had to walk our way around to reach to the spot or not go to the spot. He was good though.

We went to Uttarakhand booked through Travel Triangle partner Tripsailer. The bookings were done a good 2 /3months in advance. The hotels provided were good but in most cases the room types in the hotel were of the most economical ones..should have been mentioned ..had asked for 3 star hotels with min or no stairs as senior citizens were traveling.these requests were not taken care of.Besides this the tour went well.The driver provided was good but we had to guide routes in some cases with Google maps.The agent asked for 6k more to compensate for the rise in diesel prices wrt the booking dates.Fair enough as rates changed post booking but curious if these guys will do the reverse if the fuel prices crash.
