Tour was all good, everything was well organised. Only problem was with the hotel accommodation.

Trip was good but the travel agent messed up several times like missing of SIM card, incorrect itinerary, several chase ups etc., Lost peace of mind dealing with them...

A perfect well organized tour

8 N/9 D Europe Trip (covered France, Switzerland and Venice): Overall a very good experience. Everything was planned so well that we didn't faced any minor/major problem. The kids enjoyed there vacation to the fullest. Thanks to I Need Trip and Travel Triangles for this wonderful and hassle free vacation. Best part of the trip was Wengen in Swiss. Wengen is not far from Interlaken however it's so close to nature and the scenic beauty can't be explained in words. You just have to feel and witness it. Too good to miss if anyone is travelling to Swiss.

5 star for Swiss-Belhotel tuban. But 1 star for the payogan villa. I did not like the villa at all. Bad infrastructure and rude staff... Must have booked some other villa. Rest everything was fine.

The trip was great, enjoyed. The service offered from STS Tours (sub quotation from I Need Trip) was very good. There was nothing to worry over the entire trip period. Guide was good, and was very helpful. Regarding I Need Trip, the itenerary was good. Was comfortable with timing. But experienced very delayed response for queries raised. As a customer who purchase deal from online, they should be more careful else will loose the trust on them. An issue with baggage allowance, which was reported almost 4 months back was answered 1 week before travel. From Travel triangle, I expected more support than what received. You were very supportive till we make payment, but once we made, I experienced very very low response from your end. The learning was like do not make full payment until we receive some minimal vouchers as in agreement. Overall from trip point, it was so good, enjoyed. From the service provided, expectation weren't met and expecting more care to customer satisfaction else won't able to keep customer for another booking.

Travel Triangle helps you to compare and take a calculated decision. The support and inputs can improve. Second trip through TT and I am happy. The critical part though is how good is the travel agent. My travel agent INEEDTRIP was good but not great. Their sales pitch was great but as soon as I agreed to pay and paid the first installment, their commitments went for a toss. Desert safari camp quality was not up to the mark. Hotel was OK but same repeated breakfast for 6 days was annoying. Overall the trip went fine with minor acceptable hiccups.

It was a well organized trip. We stayed in park Regis Kris kin hotel. The sightseeing was also amazing Desert Safari, Ferrari world
