Regular following up is fine till the amount is paid. Once the payment is done, following up from travel traingle side is becoming less. Things like suggesting the alternate hotels and structuring the day wise schedule is good and appreciatable. Certain things can be informed prior to the trip like honeymoon freebies need to be collected at which place during the stay. Overall service from travel traingle is good.

I booked trip from I Need Trip Travels. The service was excellent. We were on a trip to Krabi and Phuket. We enjoyed a lot at Krabi and Resort Room is good. We had a good time in Phuket though we spent lot of time in Travel. Probably the places has to be connected better so that we visit more places with lesser travel time. The cabs were arranged On-Time. Thanks a lot Travel Triangle for making our trip enjoyable and memorable. Specifically, "Parth Guptha" was were helpful in guidance and provided quick response to all queries instantly.

We were on a trip which was 2 days at Krabi and 2 days at Phuket. We enjoyed a lot at Krabi and the places as given by TT in itinerary was awesome. 5 Night 6 Days Package taken for Dubai. Till the time amount has not been paid, the service is very good. As soon as you pay, the service levels starts falling to the negative zone and now you will have to chase the agents. Even your calls go unnoticed. Then you write on twitter for Travel Triangle and then someone calls to address the query, but obviously this is not a professional behavior one expects post booking. I can mention the names of the agents, but dont want to share them publicly so let it be In my case As soon as i paid the first installment, the service levels started going down, and by the time i had paid the last installment, i was quite frustrated, but had no choice I would not say they do not answer your queries, but it becomes difficult to get things done as per your request. In my case the reason they gave was that they had a few layoffs in their company in operations team, but that is not customer's problem. They should decide whether they have adequate resources to manage the trip or not I received the final voucher on Saturday for the trip to begin on Monday, i think it should have come a couple of days in advance Here are few negative points related to the trip experience 1. Not enough time given in Ferrari world. We had to rush through all the rides, which is one of the most expensive places to visit in tour 2. City tour not enough, some points not covered, its just a half day city tour 3. Sim card not provided in package. Asked to pay extra. The agent mentioned that i can use whatapp calling easily, but when i reached Dubai i found that whatsapp calling is not allowed their as easily as in India, so had to spare extra bucks. And in Dubai, it went upto 2K for just 5 days 4. Pick up time - In my case the pick up always happened earlier that mentioned, but after my pickup, i had to wait more than 15 minutes for all other guests. I dont mind waiting for sometime in a SIC transfer, but this does not mean i am spending almost 30 minutes waiting for some other family and my tour time gets cut 5. Food - Both the dinner - Dhow cruise and dessert safari, too bad. They litteraly say you "No" after serving a couple of times, saying that its over. Plus the taste for veg is really bad, so vegetarians be cautious and i suggest take your own snacks 6. Booking hotel - Just the day after i paid the first installment, the team calls me and says the hotel you asked is not available. That was highly disappointing as it makes you feel that they are now trying to give you a low cost hotel instead 7. Visa - Even for Visa booking, the process was not 100% smooth Positives - 1. During the trip, their wasn't much coordination issues Overall, I would not recommend the agent again, and myself shall not go through travel triangle again, and for a place like Dubai, i do not suggest booking through any travel agent at all. Just arrange Visa, flights and hotels, and go there. Most places you can cover through hop on hop off bus service in the city. The remaining few can be booked from your hotel reception, or online also

We have got all details before the travel.. Thanks to Astha.. It was really great trip.. It was easy because agent told all details before traveling.. Food was delicious in Maldives.. Secured country.. Service is good..

Overall the trip was well planned, but the singapore agent service was very poor. The drivers shouted at the passengers in many occasions for petty reasons!

Booking was done well.. But after booking services were not good. Vouchers received very late. Vouchers were not correct. Tickets of one attraction were missing. Hotel rooms were supposed to be superior but got the standard ones. Rooms on cruise alloted were on different decks though the booking was made all together for all the rooms.

hi i am totally disappoint with the trip 1.the travel agent has said me false information 2.hotel was not so great it was a old building 3.no proper information on the flights 4.Travel agent said there is thru luggage there is no thru luggage i travelled to mauritius from hyderabad the travel agent( i need trip ) he has given a connecting flight from hyderabad to channai to mauritius - mauritius to chennai to hyderabad he said me that there is connecting flight u can stay at airport and can use the lounge comming to luggage he was so confident and convinced me that there is thru luggage u can directly collect it from mauritius but airlines was not accepting like that there was no thru luggage when i called the travel agent he said he will check and call back but he never called me back , he promised me that he will at-least arrange while return but the same thing happened when i called same thing repeated he never called me back .reg insurance i have called rahul till now no response i mailed to travel triangle but no resonse till now .i had a very bad experience before confirming the package so repeatedly he used to call mor over i have deleyed one day 2 installment they charged 4000 extra saying fares have been increased , money which i paid its not at all worth . :(

It was an amazing trip...all done amazingly...I am very much happy with my trip..... service was outstanding..I want to share a thing that I have complementary tickets for sea life on the date of 11august but due to some reason I couldn't make it and then I went next day to sealife and the travel agent made it possible for me on that day without any extra charges...
