The I NEED TRIP TRAVELS did a fantastic job. All the activities were nicely planned for us. A very special thanks to Ms. Nupur because of whom the whole trip went so smooth and well. She really knows her job. Right from the starting she helped us plan our trip as per our wish. NAM HO DMC (the local agent) are doing a great job. The drivers were all punctual. The pick ups and drop were always on time. Some of the drivers were entertaining and so generous in letting us know about the place. We had a 2 year old with us so twice we needed to come back to our hotel a little earlier than the return time. The drivers turned out to be helpful in our case and happily came when we called. Overall thanks to the Team Travel Triangle ( Mr Joy) & team INT for wonderful and fantastic trip.

Our Italy trip of 10 days i.e 3-nights rome, 3-nights florence , 2-nights in venice, 2 nights in milan was good. The hotel location of Milan could have been better, although it was close to the main Milan train station the area wasn't good and safe as per the receptionist of the hotel, even we could feel the same when we used to go out. One day hop-on hop-off service should have been provided in Milan in the package. There's nothing much to explore in Milan, I would suggest instead of Milan a country side destination should have been added like the amalfi coast. If we get an early train like 9:00 Am from rome to florence than 2 nights are enough in florence as venice is so pretty we felt instead of 3 night in florence we should have got 3-nights in venice. The sim card which was provided had alot of internet connection issues. The experience was good overall and we enjoyed our trip.

Had a fabulous holiday. Will definitely come back to travel triangle for future vacations, Insha Allah. Had most fun on tour when only two couples were grouped together (us and one more couple) Kindly consider smaller groups/ vehicles for daily tours. Larger the group, more irritating it becomes. Our trip was good and we enjoyed a lot but there are a lot of things I would have liked differently. Here are the issues that we faced: 1. I asked the agent how was the 'Malindo Air' since I never traveled with them in the past and they told me that it was good but the truth was the opposite of that. In my senses, I would have never traveled such a pathetic airlines. The agent should have clarified the same on the call rather than telling us that it was a good flight. The screens don't work, and even if they work, you have to 'BUY' the earphones from them to actually be able to watch stuff. If you feel cold during the flight, you have two choices, either keep shivering or 'BUY' a blanket from them which can hardly cover one person. On top of that, their food quantity was very less and drinks, well, forget about them as they only serve water for free. Not the most comfortable seats either. Because of the tiredness from such a pathetic flight, we had to miss our water sport activity. A waste of money. 2. The villa that we finalised went un-available and they asked us to choose a replacement which we did. Then I got another call saying that the other villa is also not available, choose a different one. I got agitated and then a lot of calls later I said, it's alright let's finalise one out of the available ones. Later on, they asked me to pay 5000 more since the villa that I chose was apparently costly than what they provided me. Now, I didn't get the villa of my choice and on top of that I had to pay 5000 rupees more to book an alternative which I didn't like much but had to settle. Bad customer service. 3. I was shown a picture of the beachside romantic dinner and what I got there was totally different and a downscaled version of that picture. The food was also pathetic. And the overall experience was a waste of time and money. To sum it up, it was a good trip and we enjoyed a lot but I would never recommend 'I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd' or 'Travel Triangle' for that matter to book your trips because of their bad assistance during the planning of the trip.

I Need Trip helped me plan the trip from end to end. On the day we were supposed to leave for Italy, Air India's system made an error and cancelled our tickets. The team at I Need Trip stepped up to the occasion and booked us on the next flight out! This is an extremely hard working and dedicated team. I know I can rest safe on my vacation when I Need Trip is behind the wheel. Shashank and Nidhi were available at all time for any assistance. Kudos to you guys and thank you for a very memorable trip!

Recommended but services need to be more quick.. We had to call several times to get a particular informations.. Maldives is an awesome place to spend vacations particularly for honeymooners.. We were mesmerized with the scenic beauty of Maldives..Lucky Dolphin cruise safari was fab and we were lucky enough since we got to watch numerous dolphins.. We returned home with whole lot of memories..

Best trip I have ever been

Had a awesome trip it was our first international trip and a met new people new friends and experience was also good .... Delay in flight... Unexpected Chance to visit another country Syeschels etc

Mauritius Trip arranged by I need trip travels. Thanks Rohit for providing support and being available over all during the trip. There were some minor inconveniences caused due to not informing us about the hotel details like dinner is free but drinks including water is chargeable etc but it was manageable. It would be great if you can tell all details clearly regarding hotel like what is covered and what is not covered in the package. Initially we were hesitant to book trip through online but it turned out good. Rohit was in contact whenever required during whole trip. Snorkelling is a must in the beautiful beaches.

I went on a 9 days Italy trip with my wife and 1 yr old daughter. Trip was planned by Shashank from I need trip. From the very first call, the itinerary seemed interesting and value for money. He took care of each and every small need of ours and modified the package as and when needed. We spent 4 nights Milan ( including day tour to lake Como and Lugano and one day tour of Venice ) personally felt that one day tour of Venice from Milan is better than staying in Venice. the tours arranged were excellent. 2 days Florence and 2 days Rome. The location of hotels were extremely convenient.. in the heart of the city, close to metro stations and numerous food options around. We didn’t face any challenges. Following are the points for improvement: There were tours of lake como and Lugano which allowed baby strollers that would have made it easier for us in the day long excursion. So for families with infants try to book those tours. The last tour.. vetican and colosseum one day.. was kind of hectic as we had to move from vetican to colosseum on our own. There were tours which covered the transfer as well. Overall it was a fabulous experience.. full marks for hotels , trains and flights. Specially hotel Axial in Florence.. it’s is located right in the center of the city where all important tourist places are 2-3 mins walk Thanks to your team for making it a memorable trip for us! .
