It was the worst ever trip planned by a travel agency.. an individual can do it better by themselves... I insisted on a luxury trip n had requested only Emirates flight with a 4star hotel but my trip itself started with a shocker, I was booked on a FlyDubai flight, which is a cheap budget airlines... The trauma I had to go through just at the start of the trip is beyond words... It was worse than a 3tier train travel... The pick up from the airport arrived after an hour that too after calling them.. was told that Bollywood Park is one of the best attractions of Dubai and it turned out to be the worst .. were dropped there by the driver in peak afternoon and that without handing us our full tickets... Again on our way back to Delhi, the driver came in half hour late and dropped us far away from the check in counter further delaying the whole process... Now the travel agency is washing their hands off from all and that too after charging us with a huge money... Beware of such agents... Better to book you own and be safe n sure

I visited Dubai from I Need Trip for 6 days. I booked flight tickets by myself, and opted travel triangle for planning my stay, sightseeing, visa and transfers in Dubai. Pros: 1. Proactive responses from Vanshaj and Bhavay from I Need Trip in India and Agha from Safeway Tourism in Dubai 2. Polite and friendly drivers in Dubai, on time pickup 3. Amazing hotel- stayed in Howard Johnson Hotel in Bur Dubai, a 3 star 4. A good package for all activities done- Desert Safari, dubai city tour, miracle garden, dolphinarium, dhow cruise marina, global village, abu dhabi city tour, burj khalifa, dubai frame Cons: 1. Our time could've been managed better, as dolphinarium, miracle garden and dubai frame don't take very long to cover. All can be done in one day. We could've shortened our trip by a day 2. Arrival transfer did not arrive but we've been promised a refund for the cab fare Do your research before booking a package. In all, I would definitely recommend `I need trip` to friends and family.

I m thankful to Mr Akaash for making such a good itinerary. Trip was hassle free. All drivers were punctual on pickup and drop. Visa process and all sight seing vouchers were provided on time which made our travel very smooth.

Overall trip was very good and well planned by I Need Travel. My special thanks to Rajat for planning it in the manner , we have asked for. But certain things need improvements - 1. Dessert Safari Driver was very rude, he kept on saying if you will late by more than 5 min I'll not wait and leave you guys here. The camel ride and Heena was literally a lollypop. 2. While visiting to Abu Dhabi, I recommend Ferrari world should be kept on the First priority and while retiring they should take on City tour and mosque. As vested mosque and city in the morning so it took most of the day time and afterwards very less time have been allocated to Ferrari world, so we were not able to finish all the rides. We reached Ferrari world @2.30 and had to leave by 6 which is not enough h for such a big and beautiful Ferrari world. I recommend to Travel Agents to shift his to First place and then while retiring take a tour to City and mosque, so travelers can enjoy night view of the city as well.

First of all i would like to thank i need trip travels for arranging everything for our honeymoon travel. It was a perfect honeymoon trip. Thanks alot to Mr. shashank, the company's agent, who was always there whenever needed him and if there was any issue he was there to sort everything out. So a big thanks to him, he really worked hard. The itenary which we were given and all the things they booked, be it hotels or cabs or any passes, was top notch. We didnt face any issue during our travel it was that perfect. Thanks a lot for this memorable trip. Visit to Mount jungfrau. Visit to Mount Titlis with the cable car pass. Visit to the Eiffel Tower.

Singapore trip was good, but something's can be improved as travel itinerary should be properly discussed with the traveller and should be able to explain the details like universal studios tickets, what all is included and what is not.. Prior to trip whole trip should be clear to the traveller and should be told the options regarding what all can be added and what will be there charges.. Singapore is a family destination and visiting same was worth in terms of enjoyment, time with family and friends and above all memories to cherish for whole life..

The hotel in phuket "Ashee heights" was not good at all. Wifi and ac both were not working fine.No action after the complain also at the hotel reception. And Trip was not well programmed by the travel agent.A lot of quality time was wasted in traveling itself

This was my very first booking with Travel Triangle as well as I Need Trip for Thailand ( Phuket & Krabi ) & it was really nice experience for all of us. Mr.Parth Gupta who was tour advisor from I Need Trip from starting of booking upto End day was always available for helping. He is really helpful , always in touch before tour and on tour also & knowledgeable advisor for Thailand Tour. A Special Thanks to Mr Parth from Samanta's. And Payment procedure for Travel Triangle is also good. Overall it was great and nice experience without any hassle. Everything was planned and executed as per travel day to day plan. I would really recommend I need trip as your travel agent if you are planning for Thailand tour. Everything was executed as per Day to Day planning.

The overall trip arrangements was excellent. Kudos to Parth from i need trip. He has helped lot to plan the trip, answered each and every small queries. I would love to recommend Parth as trip planner to everyone. The booking process was smooth. The best part was coordination starting from pickup till drop. All travel arrangements and pickup were nicely managed. Recommended hotels were excellent.All tour coordinator and cab drivers were helpful and kind. I only had issue for hotel pick-up for Safari world Bangkok. The pickup was late by almost 1 hour and duty manager did not bother to inform and even not picked call after multiple try. After almost 40 mins wait, finally i was able to connect duty manager. I was expecting bit of communication if pickup is being delayed by such long time. But later trip was very smooth and without any issue. Another thing which we did not like is, the arrangement for Bangkok temple tour. Though we had full day, the trip started at 2.30 PM and they just covered only 2 temples. The recline buddha which is famous attraction was not even in the plan. I would recommend to have a look at bangkok temple tour plan as we felt that it was worthless. It can be managed better way. Having said that, we are very happy that we got Travel triangle and i need trip and specifically Parth as trip agent. You guys made our trip very smooth and memorable. Thanks everyone!! Best part was pickup-drop coordinations (except 1 issue). We felt very secured as everything was planned very well.
