It was good organised trip but disappointed by hotels specially in Bankock. stay in karabi resort and 4 eyland tour

it was good but cruise food sucks

After landing at Mauritius, when we arrived at the resort, we were given a normal room, while I booked a superior see facing room. After a lot of argument with resort staff and help from agent in India, I compromised(to save my time) with a decent room but not the one which I actually booked. Also tried contacting Travel Triangle contact person, but didn't got any response. Due to all this our first day was wasted. Except these, the overall experience was good with travel triangle.

Not so good iternary

It was an amazing experience. Hotel was really amazing and the service throughout the trip was really helpful.. Will surely book our next trip from here..

When we arrived at the airport in kaulalumpur nobody was there to receive us, then I called hotline number, then the driver came and met us... On the first day of my trip, driver came late, one hour was wasted... except these, the overall experience is good with travel triangle..

Your services were quite up to the mark in fact near to perfect except for the hotel and its services in Phuket I.e. Ashlee Hub. In no sense it lives up to its rating as a 4 star hotel. Please avoid such hotels from your partner's list. They will be like a blot on your otherwise excellent services. I will keep this related to services by your various channels 1. Ms Subecha Chhetri 10/10. 5 stars 2. Mr. Kartik Lal I need my trip 12/10 5 star. 3. All your bookings at hotel cabs and tours 10/10 5 star. Thank you and keep up the good and honest work.

I will give travel triangle 100/100 except for their choice of hotel at Phuket Ashlee Hub. Location wise 10/10 but staff and their behaviour has lot of scope to improve. Phi Phi big boat ride and Chao Phraya river cruise.

Maldives trip was well arranged by Travel Triangle!! Good point : >Good resort options were provided by TT as per budget >We statyed in Aadran Club Ranhalli whihc have amazing water villa and beach villa. >Over all satisfied with service which was committed Bad Points : There should be only one focal point for entire trip from booking till payment with cordination but with travel triangle its not the case which makes the experience very fishy until you actually travel !! For eg in my case , Prateek was the one who coordinated with me till booking after first payment was done then focal shifted to gaurav and for payment Mohini, for resort confirmation Bhavay!! which makes lot of communication gap for entire journey!! >Transit hotel in Male 'Beach Sunrise Inn' arranged by TT was not good , Hotel provide BF but its not standard one it was like one helper preparing food on request in limited options and not hygiene >They should provide idea on other expense which can be incurred during stay!

Overall good arrangement and nice experience

Rest all services were good except the indian veg food option that was not included in the hotel stay and flight which made it a little tough to fight for which ultimately we got when we coordinated with them.

loved the friendliness and follow up of the staff. they were courteous and helpful
