Experience of booking a trip with "I need trip" is average. As things dint worked out as told before going. 1) Voucher and Tickets delivery hampered my travel. Drivers come to pick us with no tickets and then told us to connect with agent as his job is just to pick & drop. When we go abroad we have limited call minutes and usually no internet, but drivers are like please call yourselves and check your mails/ whatsapp. Sometimes driver drop us at the sight without tickets saying u ll get free wifi inside, but to go inside we need tickets to show first. 2) But the best thing is whenever we got stuck, emergency contact number people were always there to help us even in the midnight. 3) Coordination between agents and cab drivers needs to be improved.

The travel provider at Mauritius - in tune/island walk made the experience terrible. They were very rude and passed a lot of racist comments against Indians (despite them being of Indian origin). The North island tour is not as advertised, and a waste of time. We had more fun on the rest days when we did not need to interact with the travel providers . Services provided by I Need Trip Travels was great though. They should rethink on their partnership with Intune/Island walk. Scuba diving at Diver's ocean was an awesome experience

Dubai City tour was amazing as we did it very first day. It should be planned very first day to enjoy it completely. Desert Safari experience was great. Instead of criticizing dinner there, one can avoid the dinner and stay happy. Miracle Garden must visit for new couples. Ferrari world was amazing. Only bad thing was we missed out Grand Mosque due to improper planning of cab driver, leading desire to visit Abu Dhabi again in future. Excellent trip. Thank you travel triangle. Every thing was memorable except half day city tour. It must be full day.

Overall the Trip was OK. Every day the pickup person came late by 1 hour or so , and we have to wait till that time which was really upsetting on tour like this. Also i feel many things were not informed earlier, like trip to phi phi island the package offered was only for economy class in long boat and it was not mentioned there in package. Later on we had to pay extra 500 BHT per person for silver upgrade on same boat as in economy boar you can not see anything out side boat which was obviously useless. Apart from that, rest trip was good , and food at hotel were good.

Trip was very good...hotels was amazing...one thing was stay was not planned properly..i think we should have stay some days in ubud too...our driver was good but he doesn't understand English properly...so he could not explain much... Hotels..romantic dinner...bali spa.. adventure...

good experience hassle free in terms of payments and vouchers received. just require little follow up for some of the things done. rest other things were fine.

We didn't get veg meal in flight from bankok to bali and same in return as booking agent had done some mistake while booking flight ticket... Hotel and schedule was fantastic... Place is very romantic... Nice trip
