loved the friendliness and follow up of the staff. they were courteous and helpful

1. Few of the hotel staff were not polite as they were with other non Indian guests 2. Hotel administration was asking us to pay Rs. 2000(MUR) for a easily removable Stein on blanket cover which we had to remove in front of them using soap and water just to show them that it can removed easily

Day one - Desert Safari was too good in a closed land cruiser. Bike riding in desert was a fun, but the cost was on higher side. Dinner and entertainment show was pathetic. Never ever go for dinner. better to stick till Desert safari. Free inclusion like camel ride, tattoo/heena etc. was just a lollypop . The dinner was being severed like we would have been beggars. I recommend to go to Jaisalmer to feel the royal hospitality and tasty food. Day two - Abudhabi Trip - Driver was late by 50 minutes. He took us to heritage village and ask us to come back in 15 minutes. It was a place where 15 minutes were not enough. we took 1 hour and he said not you will have lesser time for Ferrari world. Same thing happened at Grand Mosque as well. At Ferrari world he dropped us at 1500 hours and asked us to come back at 1800 hours otherwise he will left us there itself. (What a behavior). We could not have all the rides and fund and Ferrari world and comeback at 1800 hours but driver came at 1820. We paid for our trip and could not enjoy. Day Three - Dhow Cruise - we got the cruise named Monalisa hosted by Sardarji. This was the best experience. it was a nice cruise and the food was very-very good. Really like it Day four - Half day city tour was ok. Dubai mall is no doubt a big mall and nice place to visit just to sake of visiting. Otherwise you can have several malls in India as well. Burj Khalifa - going at the top - though i requested for a time slot of 1830 hours but it was not taken care and we were given the slot of 2000 hours. From the top you can see the city. but going in a day light would have better. The light show when you are standing at the bottom of Burj Khalifa was awesome. our guide tour/drivers were good except the one who took us to Abu Dhabi.

My first experience with Travel triangle and the process from bookings to enjoying trip was completely hassle free. The agent was very helpful and was quick at responding even when I was trip and needed few changes there. Would surely recommend it to friends and family.

Everything is good but certain things need improvement like city tour must be in open bus or high roof vehicle as in seven seater its hard to see outside, its just like a travelling from one part of city to other nothing else. Secondly our flight got delayed due to bad weather inspite of early information to travel agents we have to wait at airport for pickup and person is holding placard of some other name, so more emphasis should be given on organisation and cordination between ground staff and agent officials. Everything was fine except the disorganized transportation to sight seeing places. Please provide ample of time and make customers feel comfortable while showing places at destination. Avoid lot of mess while arranging sharing basis type of transportation to tourist attraction places. Must improve the services about the above mentioned things. Thanks

Booked Honeymoon Trip for Bangkok and Pattaya. Overall local tour guide and Cab services were awsome. Hotel was up to the marked (4* standard) However I am not at all happy with service offered by I Need Trip. Their support is pathetic and will do follow up till u pay full booking amount. Once they receive payment, They will not at all interested to answer your call or queries.

It was a well organized trip and I really enjoyed it.
