Pros 1. The hotel bookings were excellent 2. The taxi pickup and drop off was excellent 3. They followed up with us regularly on whatsapp during the course of trip 4. The visa process was excellent Cons 1. Just a few (2-3) days after payment of first installment, the agent increased the overall amount by Rs 10000 and threatened not to do the bookings if the extra amount was not paid. However, on vehement protests by us, the excess amount was rolled back. 2. The SNCF trains were cancelled due to the strikes in Paris. However, the agent didn't care to inform us that the trains are cancelled. But, we were closely monitoring the situation and we ourselves informed the agent that the train was cancelled and requested them to book alternate tickets. Then, they booked alternate tickets for us after taking extra payment. In such a case, instead of us informing the travel agent, the travel agent should have informed us about the train cancellation. Had we not been careful, the whole trip would have been spoiled 3. The return flight timings were advanced to 11:50 am instead of 1:10 pm by Aeroflot. However, the agent did not inform us. Our flight could have been missed, had we not been careful.

The I Need Trip travel agents co-ordination was outstanding. The process was smooth and without much problem. The only problem I faced is the fact that I had to coordinate and explain things multiple times with multiple people from I Need Trip because I planned 6 months in advance but everyone was super helpful. So 5 stars to I Need Trip. But I felt dissatisfied with the South Tour as it was mentioned something else in the package while booking against what was actually offered during my trip. The agent Island Walk in Mauritius was not so good. South tour could have been made great by being little bit transparent to us. As per my package we were supposed to visit Chamarel Village and 7 colored earth and Chamarel Waterfall but to my surprise we were taken to a different place called La Vallee Des Couleurs Nature Park where it was evident that the agent might have had some settings with the management and all the services offered there were over priced. I did not like the change in the tour as per their convenience. But we couldn't do much as we were on our honeymoon. Next time I'll think multiple times before booking such packages from any agent on TT.

I want to give 5 star rating as i planned my trip of Malaysia and Singapore with traveltriangle and it was totally a worthwhile experience and the best part is they are available 24/7 for any difficulty you faced during your trip.The tour was well organized and I did not face any difficulty.Thanks again. Overall stay and tour was amazing.. The best part was hotel and food.. The tour organization was also good and not much hectic. Just that the tour operators didn't have any provision to wait for people if they are late which I believe shud be more relaxed since it is honeymoon package.. Amazing Beach with the Hotel, amazing food and hospitality by chef Mr Singh.

Good things 1) All hotels in our trip were good in quality both 3 and 4 star 2) Hotels location were good as they are nearby metro stations. This became very convenient for us to travel and drag our luggage bags. 3) Breakfast was decent in hotel 4) Indian restaurants were mostly in 5 minuted walk from hotel which came handy Bad things 1) Travel triangle's seems to have no role in overall trip 2) Trip planning can be improved 3) Since I am getting my trip customized from agent, I expected no hassle in getting all trip related vouchers. In Venice and Paris I was given travel vouchers instead of tickets. Me an my wife had to walk a lot and ask people for directions for the partner company address to exchange vouchers for tickets. This is not at all expected when I am booking a whole package. This led us to long walking for 1-2 hours to find the place and hence overall it became very tiring. This wasted our time a lot which we could have utilized better in seeing local places.

Trip was very well planned & executed by the Responsible person Mr. Shashank, all went well as planned except 1 day driver missed the appointment & not turned up, but the contact person immediately took action & asked us to take another Taxi without waiting for the pre booked Taxi. Response of the team was good . Just few recommendations even though it is not agency mistake or might be we asked for them to booked for us so it happened that is for the Local transportation & unlimited trip passes ask travelers to buy from hotel or dly. the Passes at the hotel as collection of these passes is a little hectic job as you can collect your passes only at pre defined places if booked online. For that you have to have a Taxi to go which is is additional 15-20Euro Expense. Once again Thanks for a memorable trip.

All the arrangement was very good except some. I would like to thank travel triangle through which I completed my safe n sound honeymoon trip. Best memory was the candle light dinner provided at the beach. It was really awesome.

For the hotel one bad thing was daily morning we have same fixed menu breakfast for Indian in mosaik restaurant and in dinner also there was similar menu they use to repeat .Stay and rest all things were very good

I had a wonderful trip to Malaysia and Singapore. Thanks to Travel Triangle and I Need Trips. They were always available for help and guidance. We did not face any problem during our entire trip. Everything ranging from Airport Pickup and drops, Hotel stays, In Transit plans, was well planned. They lived up to their promise at every step of our journey. Bali I booked my honeymoon package and the trip was awesome. During the booking the agents showed full support and planned the trip according to my wish. The hotels offered to us were very good. Specially The royal tulip was amazing and fantastic. I gave 9 because our experience in Vrindavan ubud villa was not so good. The staff was not friendly and pleasant, and no special decoration for honeymoon was done in the room (this goes for the both hotels ). Apart from this we had an awesome experience. I will definitely book again with these guys only.

The day you pay for the trip you will see the real attitude of the travel agent. Till u make the payment they will give you three calls a day for the payment. But once you make the payment they will disappear as if you have been robbed. My bookings were delayed 20 days after the payment also. So the hotel got booked and i had to change my hotel. They will not take any responsibility and won't budge about anything. Anyway the trip was ok, not as good as suggested. But the booking style was horrific. White water river rafting

Went for our honeymoon to Phuket(3D) and Krabi(3D) in December 2018 (Late Review). We loved the hotels provided at both places: Krabi - Apple A Day Resort Phuket - Fisherman's Harbour Urban Resort Also the sightseeings and transfers were upto the expectations. We loved the planning(The team planed all this in less than a week) and the support provided.
