This testimonial will highlight what went good and what bad. Good: 1) Hotels were good at Gangtok and Darjeeling considering amenities and hospitality. Bad: 1) Overall Trip Management was Pathetic. 2) Communication Gap and taking clients as taken for granted. 3) Cab and driver management was poor, no control over. 4) Trip didn't went as what was in itnery. Highlights: - Missed Yamthung Valley. - Hot Springs at Gangtok was also missed. - Cab driver behaviour - No alternate was provided for trips as promised. Suggestion to fellow travellers: Don't go for Lungba Travels if you want to save your trip for disaster. Lastly, they still need to refund my 200 Rs.(out of 1050 they have only refunded 850) Owner D K Tamang really need to review seriously over how the management is being run, else more negative feedbacks will get attracted.

It was a very well planned trip with Lungba Travels . Could have been some better and agent should follow up regularly in morning and evening. Cars were very well maintained and Drivers were very helpful and courteous. Almost all of the places have been covered in sight seeing except some places in Gangtok Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cut-short our tour. . It was quite a good honeymoon experience with Travel Triangle. Thank You Rakesh ji. Best Memories : Nature's beauty after snow fall at "Kyongnosla Waterfall" on the way to Changu Lake. Tip: Invest Time in Planning the better and comfortable Itinerary while having conversation with agents. Consider the days when you are travelling. Some places were closed on Thursday in Darjeeling and Sunday in Gangtok.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cut-short our tour. However the tour planning was excellent. Mr. Sinha from Lungba Travels had made all the arrangements very well. Thanks a lot. Our trip and stay with sood's retreat Kalingpong was most memorable. The Hotel Staff, Receptionists, Food was excellent. I would recommend you to kindly DO ADD KALINGPONG in your tour.DO INSIST YOUR GUESTS TO SAT AT SOOD'S RETREAT ONLY.

Overall Experience was Good, Lungba travells planning was very good but unfortunately in Pelling the Hotel was average and even food was not that great.. but in Darjeeling the Hotel White Yark was exceptionally very good to say and also the Dajeeling Itenary was planned very well. Gangtok Hotel stay as well was good. I would like to give 10/10 for Deepak(Lungba travells) he coordinated well from day one till we finish the trip and it was a very good trip. Travel triangle Dipanshu was also very good in this entire planning and execution. Best place for Honeymooners

Trip was ok ok.. co-ordination was missing.. Planning was missing.. most of the time got wasted.. could have been organised well. Alternative plans were not there at all with them.. Gangtok was total fail. Kalimpong was really good.. Darjeeling was average.. Did not meet my expectation.. Best memory was Kalipong Hill view.. Darjeeling Tiger hill was awesome.. Rope way a great feeling and Zeological park mountain museum and tiger museum were superb, worth visiting..

I visted Gangtok darjeeling for 6 days....Hotel sikkim retreat was excellent especially the staff was so cordial and their service was so quick but Yuma Hotel darjeeling was damn worse...hotel was so noisy...ocupants use to shout in corridor in late hours...the staff was gud but lack of gud management...any way the trip was nice...thanks you guys
