My local trip and side seeing cab service is good but pickup and drop service not at all happy, I am very happy with customer interaction.

Up to Gangtok everything was very good but in Darjeeling hotel and site seeing was poor, cab driver was cheated at lot of places Nathula visit in heavy rain

Gangtok Hotel,Cab & Driver are very good,But in Darjeeling is same opposite,my humble request for Lungba travels please don't refer Hotel yakka residency for any future travelers,the room which is given for me is not neat & clean,timing of break fast which is written in notice,serving time is not matching,Quality of food is also too bad.I didn't give the feedback For Hotels,Cab & Driver,because i had stayed in two hotels in two places, But in your form no option for giving the feedback,that one hotel which is stayed in Gangtok(White conch residency)is excellent,other in Darjeeling(Yakka residency)is too bad.

Hotels and driver provided were good. Local holidays in regions were not intimated and prior permit for few places were not taken.

The whole trip began with a lot of confusion. The travel agent did not coordinate properly. In Paro our hotel booking was not confirmed by the travel agent. After reaching the hotel we were told that there is no booking. We were pushed to search another hotel and then later on called again by the hotel receptionist that a room is vacant as another customer cancelled his booking. It was a very unpleasant experience. The room later provided was not up to the mark as against what we paid. Bhutan is a beautiful country and every spot was good. However no spots of exploring flora and fauna was included in the itinerary.

Iam pleased to inform you that the north sikkim trip was marvellous and fantastic. It was very enjoyfull. I really appreciate the arrangement made by Lungba Travels. On each and every step the Lungba representatives helped us in all respect. I will definately recommend the Lungba travels to my colleagues, friends and relatives those who wish to travel Sikkim. The room of Hotel Golden Fish at lachung. The Zero degree tour. Thuppa(Local Dish) at Over Bridge near SMIT. Momos near Budha Monastery. Cab was good(Scorpio) but the driver was arrogant.

It was a well organised tour by Lungba Travels... they were very much accessible whenever we required them.. Very special mention about the cab driver Mr Mingma...he was very courtious... Lungba organised our stay as we discussed in advance... they had guided us very aptly before booking itself.. mr neeraj kumar of Lungba Travels too was giving me all the information whenever i asked for it.. the journey from Gangtok to Lachen and then to Gurudongmar and back to Gangtok was very tiring for us... out of 36 hours, we had a rest of around 6 hours at Lachen's Yangla Guest House and the balance 30 hours of travel on a xylo van to reach gurudongmar... children below 10 years and adults above 60 years are usually not allowed by the army personnel to this lake...once you reach there, it is HEAVEN ...... you feel that you are standing before the kailash parvat in front of Lord Shiva.....less oxygen at this height of around 17000 ft....you will have very less energy to hop and roam here because of this...time allowed is only 1 hour and we have to reach back the same check post.... thsangu lake is also a very very nice place to enjoy.... thanks LUNGBA and its very courtious staff....i will definitely recommend my friends.... Gurudongmar lake....its so divine...on the very sight of it, we felt that we are in HEAVEN ... before the kailash parvat in front of Lord Shiva....the water in this lake is said to be so pure like that of Manas Sarovar... the water in the area accessible to people will not freeze even when the whole lake is frozen... this is said to be because of the divine blessings of Guru Nanajkji and the great buddhist monk Padmasambhava....for the people to get drinking water in any part of the year.....worth a visit in a lifetime...for visiting this place, its better to break the journey by staying at Lachen on the way back and enjoy this place too... The Yangla Guest house being managed by two women gave us piping hot food which was very very local and desi and we are still relishing the courtesy they extended to us...we were given a heater during the night and were well looked after...kudos to these ladies....

All arrangements made to the best level- Except for the weather related challenges we felt safe complete through out our trip. The selected travel agency Lungba Travels were professional & our trip was well planned including the hotels, sightseeing & internal travels between cities. We never had any short comings & we fully enjoyed our trip.
