Lungba Travels

Had a great experience with TT and Lungba Travels. 6N & 7D package (Gangtok-Lachen-Lachung-Darjeeling) Bit hectic trip with Lachen and Lachung as more travelling and less stay but was pleasant trip Gangtok - Hotel White Conch - Hospitality and Services were superb. MG Road is easily accessible but with not much view. With much travelling used hotels mostly to relax and sleep. Lachen - Royal Lachen - Nice hospitality. Food was good. View was okay. In front of the hotel we could see a mountain with snow covered. Lachung - Royal Lachung - Hospitality was fine. Food was good. Room was quite spacious and amazing view from the room. Darjeeling - Hotel Dip Palace - Compact Rooms but nicely decorated. No view and hospitality was so-so. While we were checking-in told "You have entered your home" but they haven't provided good services. Cabs and drivers were on time and were polite and helpful. Never had to call travel agent for any issues. Overall had a very pleasant time in Sikkim (heaven in India). Beautiful nature and helpful people. Thanks for the wonderful trip!!

A perfect tours and travel agency. Recently i planned a family trip to Bhutan. I found excellent hotels with royal eternity, perfect arrangements all the way in reasonable price, found no difficulty during trip. View from Dachula Pass and Bhudha point at Thimpu will remain in my memory for ever. These both are peaceful and beautiful places to visit.

Of the three hotels where we stayed, 2 were very good but the Darjeeling hotel Apsara was not good. Very old hotel with average food and rooms were very old fashioned and dull.. facilities like hot water are central and provided on fixed timing. As everyone started using at the same time, the water was not at all hot... And then right from room lights to bathrooms everything was old and gave a very doomy feeling.. didn't like it at all.except for the location of the hotel nothing else was good about it.. Travelled to Gangtok, pelling and Darjeeling.. Gangtok and pelling were wonderful.. but pelling to Darjeeling route is just HORRIBLE... Won't recommend at all... Literally no roads and bad journey even with the best drivers.. Darjeeling was very crowded and lot of traffic causing unnecessary delays... The scenic beauty of all three places were great. My personal favourite is Gangtok.. :)

Feed back about my trip of NE trip for 9 days covering 4 hotels-Gangtok/Lachung/Pelling and Darjeeling. Hotel review ------------------------- Maya Inn-Gangtok-3 nights Hospitality and Break fast/Dinner was excellent. Wifi was also good-Rating-4 Lachung-Royal Lachung. Room was good and valley facing. Dinner/Lunch was good but hospitality and dinning area needs to be improved-Rating-2 Palling-Hotel Florate Room was good and valley facing. Bathroom needs to be improved. Room door bale and TV was not working. Hospitality and Food quality was very bad. Every time we have to remind for BF/Dinner-Rating-1 Darjeeling-Hotel Deep Hospitality,Stay and food was excellent-Rating-5 Only negative point was hotel entry was very bad. Travel triangle provided vehicle on time & all the drivers were good. Roads were very bad for Lachung & Palling. Few of the sight seeing place were not included-Rock garden & Ganga maya park though it was near to sight seeing places of Darjeeling. Over all our trip was good with no.of water falls,River and greenery and various community people. Booking trip with Travel triangle was awesome experience. Travel agent suggested great hotels for staying and food was very good. Tsongmo Lake and Zero Point at Yamthang Valley

We booked a trip for Sikkim (Gangtok,Pelling) and West Bengal (Darjeeling) for 8 days 7 nights. The expectations were decent rooms (with view), good service and hospitality, which we were promised. I'll go through the good and the bad. Good 1. Pickup from Bagdogra airport was prompt. Driver was very courteous and pleasant. The cab was clean and spacious. 2. We were helped promptly to get the permit to Nathu La for an extra charge of Rs 4000/- 3. Food (taste and spread) at Krishna residency (Darjeeling) and at Maya Inn (Gangtok)were good. 4. The itenerary was followed without any hassles Bad 1.In Gangtok (Maya Inn), we were given a small/dingy room with no view. We had to assert ourselves with our travel advisor to get us a better room, which we eventually got for Rs 600 extra. We weren't provided extra mattress as promised. 2.In Pelling (don't even want to remember the godforsaken hotel), again a dingy room given in the lowest of the floors where no other visitor was staying. We got that changed to another room at upstairs, but the room was not upto the mark (no extra mattress again as promised, not clean, cable TV with bad signal, sad bathrooms, only one power plug, no mosquito repellent given even when asked, totally discourteous hosts). The food was a generic thali with fixed menu and quantity. Potato was a staple in all thalis, and when we protested, they gave us an ommelete, and charged for that. Given the kid is travelling with us and covered under MAP package, we paid for milk. Very rigid and hopeless service even when we went to their dining area. Had to wait long even to get drinking water. Pathetic. Please remove such hotels from your list if you want to survive. 3.In Darjeeling (Krishna Residency), was the best of the lot (spacious, clean, we finally got the extra matteress as promised). But there was a stink from the kitchen and a constant smell of seepage emanating throughout. I am not happy about not getting the extra mattresses, and getting charged extra for the food which we we had paid for as a part of the package. Being off season, the quotes could have been better. All in all, my expectations with Travel triangle were not met, and I am not sure if I would recommend anyone to avail your service.

We have gone to Nathula and baba Mandir on our own, as the travel agent refused to arrange the pass. Hence the money needs to be refunded.

I visited with my wife Darjling and Gangtok from 14 to 17 Oct 2016. It was a wonderful tour. We stayed in hotel White Yak and Maya Inn. Staff of hotel were very co operative. It was a nice experience to tie up with Lungba Travels. Mr D. K. Tamang our tour Co Ordinator was really very polite and gentleman and made everything very easy. He was himself driving his Scorpio. I would like to take services of Lungba Tarvels in future. Thanks. Must do bargaining if you are going for Yak Ride.

My experience with Travel Triangle was nothing short of perfect. The ease of booking, quality of hotels and transportation was exceptional. Made my holidays perfect. Nathula pass and the view of Mt.Kanjenchunga from Tiger hills will remain in my memory. Both these places are exceptionally beautiful.

1st time planned trip on own.luckily with help of travel triangle had a perfect way to select the destination.As expected the services all are very good..Darjeeling rope car is maintenance we not able to experience those... I had planned namchi apart from the tour package..the place is excellent... Gangtok had nice place to spend time and took some good photographs...

Thanks a lot Travel Triangle & Lungba Travels for making our honeymoon trip a memorable one. Lungba Travels organised the trip in a neat fashion and we didn't find any difficulty at any point. They were approachable always whenever we need them. Thanks a lot once again for organising the trip superbly well Zero Point, Yumthung valley, Baba Mandir are the great picks. Hats off to driver Roshan for his great driving skills and it was really a fascinating driving experience for us. We enjoyed the trip wholly.

Our experience with TT and Lungba Travels was awesome right from the beginning. Both were very professional and answered all our queries. Mr. Tamang took care of our requests and took our calls at odd hours as well. They selected the right hotels and resorts for us. Our experience with the driver was also very pleasant, he was calm, composed and drove very sensibly all along. Awesome hike to the Tiger's Nest monastary. Don't miss it!!

We enjoyed all sight seeings either its lake or Baba Mandir. We enjoyed a lot. All arrangements are more than expected. Thanks for making our trip awesome. We love to travel again.
