with the hotel was in Munnar as they had a very limited menu options. The cab provided was in a good condition and was neat clean. The only thing was the driver was not very much interested in taking us to different places. This happened particularly on the last day of the trip where we had a late evening flight, he asked us to take our luggage at 4 PM itself and manage the airport travel by ourself. But the travel triangle team came to our rescue and resolved the issue with the driver. Overall the trip experience was good only with the small hickup on the last day. I would recommend vital holidays to my friends also.

n ....But you people are not booked in hotels. we struggled a lot. I called many times Around 4pm your people are allotted some new hotel. But in that also one room not at all good. I feels very embracing situation. Finally that day my Thekkady Half day tour programme spoiled. Total I intracted 3 people (Mr Anmol, Mr. Nimit & Mr. Suresh)

ween my travel guide and the agent so we faced lot of confusions. Otherwise the stay and sightseeing was great. The chill climate and herbals with 24/7 pure fresh water was the best experience. Hospitality was so welcoming by both hotel and our travel guide.
