Guruvayur hotel was good Kodaikanal hotel had no proper service food was late. Had hot water issuse. Coimbatore hotel was good but got booked with wrong beds for couple we got 2single beds travel agent didn’t do anything about that told us to ajust and wifi is so bad. Asked to many times about wifi but no proper response from hotel. Car was good and driver was okay. Had too much volume for music that too only their regional music. Would leave us so far and say its due to parking issue. Mostly we paid for parking which says included in package. Lack of coordination b/w travel agent and cab agency. Driver was not aware of package and inclusives. Travel agent didnt guide us properly bcz palani temple was too crowded as we went on some auspicious day. And Kodaikanal was full of traffic as its weekend. As we are non local we wouldn’t know that. If we were informed about those we would have adjusted the dates likewise and would have had great overall experience. Got stuck in traffic for 8hrs nearly watched all places in traffic and for 6hrs mostly in temple even if we took highest ticket available. We had Avg. Experience I would rate 3 out of 5

We did booking for mysur, ooty, Coorg and wayanad. It was a great trip.

Trip to coorg n mysore was very beautiful it was as per plan and all plan was managed properly. Only one thing observed is whatever room type is finalized in quote is not given to the customer some different room is assigned. Can we keep track of such things

It was good arrangement. Expecting some discount for regular travellers since have been using your platform since long time.

Had a good experience with travel traingle previously. This time I feel the we had not been compensated properly with regards to hotel. Hotel exterior looked nice and the inside was clean but it was extremely small. Barely enough space for one bed, let alone the luggages. I'm not sure how much margin is kept aside by travel triangle for profit. But I feel like the for the price we paid the hotel experience could have been better. Apart from that all good

Travel agent provided us reliable, decent and patient kannada speaking driver as requested. The places were well covered. But, I had opened my conversation to suggest places. She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

Hotel can be good

I have travelled multiple times through Travel Triangle and never had any issues with any of my earlier trips. However, I was bit disappointed this time for below reasons: 1. Tickets for toy train was booked only after following-up on previous day - 2 second class seats were confirmed in 2 different compartments instead of first class ticket that would have helped us to enjoy the train ride. 2. Travel agent was very polite till we made all payments. However, he sounded not so happy to answer query on 2nd confirmed seat number details on the trip. 3. Cab driver refused to follow the itinerary and said he knows places to be covered and shall take us there. 4. He was reluctant to switch on AC in forest area and switched-it on after we exited from there on return journey. However, cab driver was polite with us and drove us back home safely. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Anika Palace - staff were very polite and looked after us very well. Loved the place as well. Its very cozy and comfortable for family and friends gathering. Overall, I felt we spent more time and money for the trip!

Hi Agent, It was a nice and joyful trip. But we have some regrets from your end Actually we have planned our tour plan from 10-03-24 to 13-03-24. But unfortunately we had missed our flight. So that we have requested our travel agent please make a change of our tour plan from 11-03-24 to 14-03-24. But they have charged 4000 rupees to change the tour plan. Is that correct to charge that huge amount.

Accommodation is very bad,not comfort and not secure...not satisfied with hotels accommodation.

We were very happy with the Support of out Tour Agent. He was always responding immediately and we had a great Tour through the famos coffee and tea plantations in the Nilgiri Mountains. I will contact you again for our next trip. Thank you

Overall experience was good but hotels provided by agent was not up to the mark. We even requested to change one hotel but they took extra charge from us for changing the hotel.

Hotel room is worst ,got irritated with dust and sneezing

Car driver should have good knowledge about the places visiting. Driver not willing to support or no knowledge about the places..
