The cab driver was very new to the trip. He didn't have the knowledge of any places. The cab driver was good enough, very polite but couldn't speak fluent English nor hindi. Further when someone else books for the trip please ensure that the cab driver cum guide knows the place and can converse well with everyone

The first assigned driver was not reachable. The agency should have ideally checked beforehand. However the replacement driver assigned was very good.
