Overall appreciate the efforts by the travel agent to plan the travel and help in everything related to our trip. Appreciate it. However, the taxi and the driver experience could have been better. Driver needs to be a bit fluent in Hindi/English and also have some knowledge about the local places.

It was great experiance. Hotel quality can be improved. Travel agency accomodated even last minute plan change requests and made this trip smooth and hassle free. Kudos to Skytour. Mesmerizing views of raja seat with live music on christmas eve made our day. And fountain show was the cherry on top.

The cab driver was very new to the trip. He didn't have the knowledge of any places. The cab driver was good enough, very polite but couldn't speak fluent English nor hindi. Further when someone else books for the trip please ensure that the cab driver cum guide knows the place and can converse well with everyone
