Swati was helpful in planning the tour for us basis our customized Chennai Package, we did have some trouble in terms of the cab facility initially, which on request was immediately taken care of and sorted by her. OUR OVERALL TOUR IS GOOD EXCEPT CAB , BECAUSE THEY SEND CAB DRIVER WHO DONT KNOW HINDI OR ENGLISH, HE CAN UNDERSTAND ONLY UNDERSTAND TAMIL . AND ANOTHER THIS HE DONT KNOW ANY TOUR PLAN, WHENEVER WE ASK HIM HE SAID US TO TO TELL HIM WHERE TO GO. BUT OTHERWISE HOTELS AND MEALS ARE GREAT.
