Ace Travel Solutions

We booked for Bhutan Trip by Ace Travels. It was well organized from beginning. All agents and cab person were very friendly and cooperative, guided and helped in very nice way. Paro is very beautiful place for people who wants to relax and enjoy nature. Thanks again for wonderful trip. Hospitality by Bhutan Hotels. Tashi Namgay Resort is very nice place to stay with beautiful scenic view.

Excellent service, every detail was well organized and we had no problem during our trip.

Trip to Bhutan is really awesome. Climate is really excellent and could even visit some places with snowfall. However, places like tiger's nest, punakha dzong charge a higher entry fees for the tourists. Therefore I do not recommend people to spend on a temple. Also whenever the places are given as part of itinerary, please give all kinds of places like temple, snowfall, adventurous activities, etc and not just temples. Buddha View Point, Drukyel Dzong and Chelela Pass.

Sikkim is very beautiful and our overall trip Planning was perfect and we were so lucky that we got chance to visit Changu lake, snowfall at lachung,View of kanchanjunga peak was awesome..Thanks from our group. We only missed baba mandir because of bad weather.Also we missed Yumthang and zerp point because there was heavy snowfall in Lachung but we enjoyed snow at Lachung only...Chungthang confluece view was awesome.Namchi chardham,Temi tea garden and Rawangala are all worth to visit..Temi tea garden is must visit...road is very well and you feel like in foreign. Darjeeling is somewhat commercial..we visited Ghoom monestery, Japanese temple and on return we came via mirik lake...drive through darjeeling to bagdogra via mirik lake is scenic and beutiful pine trees.. Hotels: I can give ratings to hotel as below. Sobralia Namchi ***** (Just excellent) Namnaang ***** (Its water heater needs improvement) Golden crescent *** (Its location is far away from MG Marg rest things are good, breakfast was ok.) Etho metho ***** (Just excellent) Grace hotel *** (location good,rooms are conjusted and bad smell of wood may be because painting work going on but rooms are too small,beautiful gallery view is the only plus point) Our cab driver was excellent Mr.Moses lepcha.he was very jolly and adjustable.First five days we had Innova cresta and then for 2 days normal Innova...Innova is always better over xylo..Normal Innova is more spacious than cresta. Fresh heavy Snowfall at Lachung and return adventurous drive in snowy roads from lachung.. Ropeway ride at Changu lake. Dinner and breakfast at Etho metho hotel excellent. Temi tea Garden visit. Char dham temple visit. Rawangla buddha park visit. Beutiful view at Chungthang confluence of teesta river. Snowfall at Samdruptse Namchi. Sunrise view from Namchi hotel over kanchanjunga. Scenic Drive via mirik lake.

The trip was great. We lost communication with our driver due to heavy snow fall. The travel agent arranged us another vehicle overnight for the trip to airport efficiently. Good coordination and hotel selection.

Hotel was good Nice cab and Driver sameer is friendly and guide us about Darjeeling Best tour trip of my life enjoy a lot in Darjeeling

I was realy upset with ace travel managment. Hotel booking was pathetic as we have travelled for 6 hours and go to hotel sumit himalaya at gangtok as adress was shared by ace travel's Sharmila ,Sidharth and got surprised to know that there were no booking and actually bookung was in sumit golden. After 2 days we have been asked to go to mount himalaya again.My brother was ill and he has to travel to himalaya. Again while coming back to siligudi we have been asked to go to sunit milstone hotel after 9 hours travel we reached there and surprised to know that booking was made in sumit ambecy that was on wrong date then Sidharth booked very pathetic hotel central park. This was very bad experience in my entire lifespan. We were travelling witb our two 1 year old kids also so we were expecting very good service from ace. After such useless managment ace travel asked us to pay renaining amount in the niddle of trip and threatened us not to provide any service if we don't pay and their representative,s tone was very bad over phone. I will never recommend their name to anyone. Thank you Sarang Pandit

The planning was good , but i was not satisfied with the hotel provided in Paro which was a 3 night stay and should have been good. the hotel provided very limited breakfast which was complimentary. Also room was not comfortable , as promised by the agency that 3 star hotel would be provided this hotel did not meet the criteria. Very far from town so wasted time at hotel as we could not utilize evenings and had to stay at hotel. Rest 2 hotels were good . Pemaling Villa hotel was the best. Also Manisha from ACE travel solutions was good with all the formalities and planning. Everything went smooth as part of itenary , except 2 places mentioned in itenary were not covered. Hotels could have been more better for the package price paid. Thank u Manisha for you kind support. Overall it was good visit.

Hi team TT, the overall trip experience was a good one. Apart from few glitches at the Phuentsholing hotel, the entire trip was great fun and most importantly, comfortable. The car driver was very polite and cordial and his past experience of Bhutan with his stories made the journey memorable. Would like to send my thanks to the entire team of TT and Ace travel solutions for helping us crack such a wonderful holiday. Amazing Trip we had to Bhutan. All thanks to Ace Travels and Specifically Manisha there. She helped us all the time during the trip when we faced certain difficulties. Quick response and amazing resolutions provided. Will surely recommend to travel with them.

One of the best itinerary covering all my requirements and Ace travel team managed the changes in the itinerary requested during the trip very well. The drivers and Ace team members were very helpful and polite. Every moment is memorable.

Very disappointing & inconvenience during the trip

Hotels are excellent. Cabs came on time. Tour agent sharmila responded well to our queries. But the only negative is our tour guide sonam didn't showed all the places in the itinerary and she was too hurry . Other than that everything went right and we enjoyed the trip.

Good Points: 1. Everything of concern from hotels to cab rides . etc was taken care of during the trip by the Ace Travel Solution Agents . Thanks for the prompt service and for being available for all kind of support calls. 2. Among the Hotels, Pacchu Village in Pelling was the best (yumilicious food, breathtakingly beautiful sight from the cottage , great hospitality) , followed by Royal Heritage in Gangtok ( great view, good food) and then Hotel Yuma ( decent arrangements) in Darjeeling. The locations of all these hotels were good . 3. The itinerary was well planned and in between hectic road trips we did have relaxed sight-seeings. 4. The cab riders were all good and polite and comfortably drove us to places. The only two glitches we came across were : 1. We had to travel in SUMO from Darjeeling to Pelling (Though we had asked for Innova for all road trips). 2. Out of 2 rooms , 1 room in Gangtok was not at all as per our expectations . However a better room was provided the next day. Overall the trip was a wonderful one , with a lot of take-aways and cherish-able memories of the places, of the people and of their culture. Amazing Places and great discipline esp in Gangtok .

I had booked my travel to Bhutan through Ace travel solutions. On arrival at Phuentsholing the hotel voucher shows Hotel Palm but there was no booking done in the hotel and no communication from the travel agent .i wasted half a day and then hotel orchid was booked. I wasted a full day because of wrong vouchers given to me. Immigration formalities almost took half day for the start of the tour to Bhutan. Hotel orchid had problems with hot water supply. The rest hotels at Thimpu & Paro were good. Bhutan is a lovely place to visit.
