The first booking with Travel Triangle was a good experience. The arrangements were good at Darjeeling and Pelling and very good at Gangtok but their itinerary missed some very important information regarding carrying of Photos for Nathula entry permit and submission of documents with the driver. The routes from one place to another was not mentioned. In case of change of route between two stations due to landslides etc. you are supposed to pay additional charges which was not mentioned in the itinerary. The proposed route, distance in Kms and alternate routes alongwith additional amount to be paid for each route should also be mentioned in the itinerary. However, on being complained compensation was assured but yet to be paid. Otherwise,The services and response of the Travel Agency was very good. The arrangement at Gangtok was very good. The driver, cab and Hotel all were very good and the services offered were satisfactory.

Hotel golden height enclave , Darjeeling was the worst property given by the agent though the staff is very cooperative. But hotel is not suitable for family. Awesome beauty in entire place.

Peiling is truly heaven on earth and staying in Floret Hotel was mindblowing. You dont need to go anywhere, just stay there and feel yourself in lap of nature. Food is home cooked with No Fancy menu .

Gives you the option of comparing the different quotes and personalisation of standard packages based on individuals preference and all this without having the head ache of contacting individually different travel agencies to get the best deal. The day long trek organised by Ace Travels based on our request and the prompt action taken by Ace Travels to organise alternate places to visit and making the alternate Hotel bookings and other arrangements when the three days trip to North Sikkim was not possible due to road getting blocked by rains.

We book Honeymoon trip for Gangtok & Darjeeling for 14th May. 1. In our itinerary, Nathula pass was included in package of Gangtok, but as per our driver he didn't have any idea about it & he didn't have permit for the same. So we pay money & travel to Nathula pass. This is really disappoint. 2. While traveling to Darjeeling from Gangtok, our driver was not aware of the hotel name. We told him name of the hotel & address for the same , as there was 2 properties of Summit hotel. Hotel was good, hospitality was good, but service from agent was not as expected. Hotel was very good

very excellent agency and service provided was very nice. It was memorable and perfect trip with travel triangle. Nathula visit in gangtok ,sun rise in darjeeling, ropeway in darjeeling.
