Sharmila from Ace Solutions helped us customise and plan a wonderful 8D/7N trip to Gangtok,Darjeeling, Pelling and Kalimpong. The itinerary was well planned and All the hotels booked were quite good in terms of rooms, food and service. Chas Sanderling In Darjeeling was just Ok as the rooms had faulty plumbing, non working plug points etc. We enjoyed our stay in Griffon's Nest(Gangtok), Dhardo Resort (Kalimpong) and Rabdentse Residency (Pelling) though the former two were quite far from the main Market, hence a bit secluded during off season. Overall, we had a great trip thanks to Sharmila who coordinated well during the length of our trip and and our driver Kiran who, besides transporting us safely from one place to other on the tricky hilly roads, also doubled up as as great guide.

It was overall a very awesome experience with TT. Everything was on time and arranged so well. It would suggest every one to give TT atleast a try and you vl be amazed. Juss one thing regarding hotels I want to mentioned. Overall hotels were awesome. Food ambience but they need to little bit more focus on cleanliness. Thank you TT for an fantastic trip. Best memory for us is the journey from bagdogra to Gangtok with James. It was a mind blowing n happening road trip with a soothing and best collection of songs. James s too humble and awesome person.

Overall experience of the trip was very nice. Agent and travel planners planned each and every thing excellently. I would like to express my gratitude towards Ms Tuba of travel triangle and Ms Sharmila of Ace Travel . Day 4 was best for us when we visited nathula, changu lake and baba Mandir. Mirik and rock garden was also good

Overall trip was satisfactory but behavior of drivers was not good. Full sight seeing for which we go out was not covered by driver at Gantok drivers name is -Anand. He is supposed to come to airport terminal rather than standing at parking .we had to rrace out of 100 vehicles.

Trip was good in general . Driver at Gangtok was not good & misbehaved . He did not covered the items mentioned in the itenary did not covered items on day 3 at Gangtok . He should be avoided for giving duty in future . His name is Anand & vehicle no is Sk02 J 1152 Visit to tsango lake was best part .

Good thing about trip : Itinerary was well planned . Hotels in Gangtok ( Samrat Residency(Good) and Griffons nest(best) )were good Cons: Communication of travel adviser regarding contact details of drivers were not same . Stay at Lachung was ok not so good but manageable( We were updated about booking at River View Hotel and after reaching there it is White Lily hotel). Tragedy part comes here adviser did booking for Hotels in Darjeeling at other date of our schedule and we have to adjust in another hotel were food was not good.

We enjoyed our trip arranged by Ace travels. All the details were provided to us on time and travelling to different places/hotels was hassle free. They were available for support over calls at any time.

Trip was smooth and all arrangements were on time. Gangtok to Tshangu Lake and dinner at Hotle Yuma(Food was chumeshwri in my words)

Very happy with hotels and services. Not so much with our travel advisor, they were not picking calls properly. Thanks to Ms. Sharmeela, the agent from siliguri, she was quite helpful. But there is no proper intimation of complete information which was a slight drawback for us. An advisor's work should be to advice, for instance, we asked to include tsomgo lake and payed extra for it, it needs prior permission. So we went to tsomgo lake but only 5 kms ahead of it is Nathula Pass which again needs prior permission, which could be advised to us But we came to know about it when we were there, so could not go. Again, regarding hotel checking ins, our pickup from new jalpaiguri was @ 6am, they dropped us @ hotel in darjeeling by 8:30am. When we checked at counter they said we will get room by 12pm. If we were told earlier, we were already staying in new jalpaiguri comfortably, we would have started a little late. So just these small things otherwise it was a nice trip. We enjoyed the trip alot and looking forward to going with you guys again, just if you improve on these small information providing things. We are definitely going to recommend to others also. The place is absolutely stunning, from darjeeling's sunrise to gangtok's tsomgo lake, everything was so beautiful. We have created many memories with my family.

Nice trip..very well arranged by ace travels

There were only 2 agents who shared the quote. Though the agent (Sharmila from Ace) we choose was a very helpful person, the quote was made without considering the spots that would be closed on our day of visit. Plus one of the accommodation (Summit Ttkshang) was not a quality place to stay in. Almost all drivers/guides who took us were not upto the mark in hospitality. One of them (Santhosh) was rude, another driver (Dinesh) who took us to Nathula Pass (a risky road) who is hardly 18 years old. At times, the drivers were unwilling to show us the places mentioned in the quote- for e.g. at Darjeeling they showed us Tensing & Gumpo rock located together and counted it for 2 spots, wherein we were told that there are 7 spots to visit. Though the agent herself and Travel Triangle people are good to deal with, such sensitive points make the travel experience bad. Ride from Gangtok to Darjeeling. The driver (Ritham Pradhan) was a very hospitable person, cared to explain the spots coming on the way.
