The hotels provided by ACE Travel Solutions were very good. Everything mentioned in the itinerary was covered without much hassle. We didn't get any problem with immigration as well. The only hitch was the driver, he wasn't enthusiastic and amicable.

There was lack of proper communication between the Travel Triangle and the agent in Bhutan which made us to wait in Paro Airport for nearly One hour. Again at the time of our stay at Bhutan at Zingham Cottage, we were made to wait for half an hour because of improper communication with the agent at Bhutan. Apart from these two things, everything else was excellent.

There was a lot of miscommunication between travel agency and hotel. Cab driver on last day wasn't carrying authorised permit and seemed to be below age as well, he was rash in driving too and wasn't good in communication either in hindi or english. Driver for first few days was very good and supportive. Hotel staff and travel agent were also supportive to take care of issue.

It was great trip and Ace travels has done very good job in terms of Hotel and Flight bookings , Appreciate Ace travel for onsite supports , suggestion and arrangements as per itinerary . My Trip could have been more better if the Driver had knowledge about places , restaurants ,history and more interactive , As promised did not get driver cum guide by ACE which is ok as rest of the arrangements was perfectly fine
