The services provided are average. The hotel rooms were average. The guide provided was not upto the mark. Overall I will say our trip was just okay. They should improve their services. Tiger Nest hiking. Again the guide did not accompany us as promised. Since we were 5 people, we went in our own.

Hotels at Darjeeling & Gangtok are good in terms of service, food quality however Hotel selection tab Pelling is pathetic. Our concern are not at all taken care by Ace Travel. We faced lots of issues with Hotel at Pelling like, worst service, no electricity (in one room there is no provision of electricity on inverter). I have put a question to Ace Travel that who has visited this Hotel before finalising however very sorry to say no one has replied. Even Hotel staff and outsiders told us that Hotel has lost its reputation from last 1-2 years. I suggest not to recommend this Hotel to anyone. Visit to Baba Temple was really memorable.

I booked my trip through ace travel solutions. Everything was well managed by Sharmila ma'am. Hotel staff was very helpful at both places (Gangtok and Darjeeling) the only thing I would like to mention here is that if you get stuck near changu lake, baba mandir or nathula pass due to snow fall, DO NOT expect any help from ace travel people or your driver.
