travel agent service was good.. but very bad communication with hotel.. i asked to arrange for honeymoon package but package said there will be some honeymoon freebies.. when i get there the reso...
rt said that no information got from agent side.. and for airport pickup also i myself found them and reached to resort.. agent said they will ne holding board.. when i asked they said the same thing.. that they didnt get my flight information from agent.. and.. package said some complementary activity nothing has beem arranged .. when i asked the reason, they were saying the same dialog... speed boat ride during heavy rain and wind..
