Everything was gone very smooth.

The trip was good overall. However the agent could have done a better job explaining the charges regarding union cab, horses and others. Also due to yatra restrictions we had to rush back atleast on couple of days. This aspect was also a surprise for us which left us a bitter experience. The tourism culture is bad and everywhere it is all about bargaining. Hotels and resorts were good and the place is amazing. Also please not that most of the hotels in Kashmir do not have lift provision. If you travel with elders, it may pose challenges. On this aspect the agent was able to help and change the rooms to ground floor from day two.

I have great experience with travel triangle. Our travel agent Iqra is really a nice person. She was in regular touch with me during the complete trip. She also helped me when I have modified my day trip plan due to some health issues of my husband. Our cab driver was also a generous person. He drove very safely and suggested some good places for shopping in Srinagar. Our houseboat experience was really awesome. However, my hotel was city residency in Srinagar. The food n services of hotel was fine but a room allotted to us on 1st day was not upto the mark. Also the hotel was not 3 star, its is in between 2n 3star hotel. Otherwise, my trip was awesome n fantastic.

A very memorable trip . Some good points:- a- Cab is good. Driver is very polite and having good character. b- Hotel room is excellent and very neat and clean. c- House boat is not upto expectation, but stay is good. Overall the trip is good and looking forward to have another booking with you.

Trip experience was really good. Our travelling agent Mehak from travel designers was very supportive. But you have to take payment in 3 installments (last installment should be paid on last day of trip) So that travelling agent should take review on each day.

All is good. But please tell the customer about extra vages like destinations seen fair. & how many points they’re to see. And what the cost of that points. Because customers doesn’t know the all these fair. You should tell the customers about this. So they can manage their budget easily. Thanku

Overall experience was good. Houseboat and hotel Milad was nice but the pahalgam hotel was not upto the mark. Other experience was awesome.

We recently planned a trip to Kashmir with travel designers and I should say they organized our tour really well. Our travel co-ordinator Khusbu took care of our trip really well and answered all our queries. I highly recommend travel designers for planning your Kashmir trip for a smoother experience.

Our Kashmir trip was planned very well. We had the driver waiting outside the airport when we arrived in Srinagar. The stays provided were good except for the City Residency Hotel, which was clumsy. But otherwise it was good. Driver was friendly as well, he was reluctant to go to Daksum and Yousmarg initially. And in Daksum, he charged us extra (2k) for taking us to the sanctuary. And again the next day, he said that there is nothing to see in Yousmarg and he can take us to Gulmarg if we paid him 2k extra, and when I mentioned that it is the same distance, he said Gulmarg is hill route so he has to charge extra and he even arranged a call with his boss who demanded the same. Later when I informed the agent and when they called him about the amount, he didn't take money after that. He was a nice person, but where a commision was possible, he would utilize it. This is just a feedback, so that you can take care of it for any other clients. Overall, we had a great trip. Thank you for arranging it well.
