Pattaya and Phuket:We had wonderful time in Pattaya and Phuket and a lot of memories to carry. We had good hotels and food. We explored places nearby and was able to connect well with the agents ...
and the cab drivers. The only thing that put us off in both the places were the service partners that were chosen. We did not have a proper worth of the money paid in coral islands and phi phi islands (the agent in phi phi Island tour was rude). Not best of experience in the activities on the islands. Probably changing the partnering agencies will give a better experience.Bangkok:The first thing that put us off was the hotel. Not the one worthy of meeting 4 star hotel standards.we found cockroaches in the room. And the transfers were not on time which made us hurry up and run around in the safari world. Also, we missed major attractions and in the open zoo our cab driver did not stop near the animals where others vehicles took ample time to watch and take photos, our driver was busy over taking other vehicles and dropping us back to the hotel. Even the food organisation and the food was not at all good.Just a suggestion Since we are new to the country we won't be aware of local places please try to suggest the travellers so that they can have the best traveling experience.Overall **** for Phuket and Pattaya.*** for Bangkok.

Everythinh was good and very smooth. Thebrating is related to hotels only not the agency. Pattay hotel staff was not that good and so as service ( i felt they are biased with indian..prefer to ca...
ter more to west people) but hotel in bangkok its staff and service was really good and they were very helpful. the only things was we were not aware abt the brekfast venue which wasted out time in the morning and we missed our SIC bus for safari..which was not our mistake. But then hotel helped us and arranged cab for us. Rest sightseeing activity driver, car evrything thing was perfect. Nong nooch village and tiger park were awsome

Everything was as per itinerary. Each cab detail and travel plan were shared on WhatsApp a day before which was convenient.
