Thanks to Rocking Trips for making our journey beautiful. We chose 4 nights and 5 days trip and visited munnar, thekkady and alleppy. Elysium hotel which we stayed in munnar and house boat in alleppy are awesome and the Hotel Karar gardens at thekkady is just ok. The driver was very friendly and helpful. We missed some places between alleppy and kochi which were mentioned in the plan as they are closed on Monday. It should have been informed us earlier so we could not have wasted time on the last day. Anyways..the tour was great, we enjoyed a lot.

Great trip ........... Thanks rocking Trips to make our trip memorable .we enjoyed a lot in kerala .1 Day before starting of the journey , arrival details taken by Mr. Shubham and in evening sent the driver details . even driver also coordinate about the arrival timing . When we reach at airport driver was there before our arrival and we proceed to munnar , on the way we enjoyed a lot as driver was very friendly behaviour and also supporting he guides for the accurate time and places , also we got a pleasent stay at munnar . the food was delicious . there was complete nature exprience in munnar ......... Thanks Rocking Trips again for making our memorable trip .... our next trip is coming soon .........

As our travel agent (Ashwini) has left Rocking Trips, we dint get what all things promised by him. 1. Car was promised us as Innova but provided Ertiga 2. Wild corridor - Thekkady hotel - Premium rooms have bath tub as per discussion we have asked for bathtub aminity but rocking trips booked deluxe rooms and those were not up to the mark. 3. Boat house- Alleppy - Boat house dint have 2nd floor (upper deck), as discussed with travel agent we have asked specifically for that. Ertiga Driver Sarath is awesome man. He helped us in every possible way.

There were a few hickups to start with. For a family of 6 they were providing dezire that was changed to ertiga after confrontation. There were issues in hotel booking as well. The first hotel we reached at Munnar didn't receive the payment on time and they had to push the Rocking trips team for the same. The hotels and the house boat they provided were really good. There were issues with Driver's behavior as well. But overall the trip was good and I would recommend Rocking trip team. They were proactive for all the issues we raised and sorted them.

Cab and cab driver both were excellent. The people at Rocking Trips were also efficient and showed concern by calling me and checking if everything is fine. The only problem was the House Boat that I had booked through Rocking Trips. It wasn't great compared to the money I paid for it. I could see much better and cleaner boats around me booked at much lower rates by other travellers.

Overall Nice Kerala trip, organised by Neetu and Shubham. Thanks for your efforts. Everything was as planned , other than the Periayar lake excursion , which was out of the plan , but should have been included. The tour guide/driver Sarath ,was polite and helpful , only he was not so good at time management, came 1 hour late for pickup at arrival, and dropped 4 hours earlier at airport while departure. Other than this there were no hickups in the plan , and I would recommend Rocking trip again to anyone who wants to travel to Kerala.
