Rocking trips provides quick and competitive quotes, and follow up till your travel begins and that’s it you can’t reach them and they don’t bother about it. All they provide is a cab and reserve hotels for you, not satisfied with their response as they did not respond when tried to contact in the middle of the trip First Hotel in Munnar is best but Karar Garden In Thekkady is worst. The trip was amazing and thanks to travel triangle as well as Rocking trips to manage and organize our trip in the most efficient and convenient way.Overall experience is very good. The driver(Shoukath) was enthusiastic as a guide to showcase us most of the visiting places. His nature was calm and obedient and very friendly. The hotel in Munnar and Thekkady were good. The food was good in these hotels. Coming to the house boat in Kumarakom was excellent. The cruise people were very good and the food prepared by them was awesome mainly the fish fry which they served was fabulous. Many thanks, Travel triangle and Rocking trips.

Good tour but hectic. Travelling consumed a lot of time although distances were not large. Probably due to the Ghat sections of the road and also traffic. But we wasted a lot of time in travelling. Hotels specially at Munnar was not upto the mark. Restriction of timings in terms of winding up in night by 10.00 pm is jut not on . support from Rocking Trips was Good and regular follow up and coordination was there.

The trip was amazing and thanks to travel triangle as well as Rocking trips to manage and organize our trip in the most efficient and convenient way. Overall experience is very good. A small glitch regarding the driver, he was little slow in driving the car, due to which it took long time for us to reach our intermediate stations. The driver was not enthusiastic as a guide to showcase us most of the visiting places, intentionally used to tell us like the particular location is closed or the area is having huge traffic and all which does disappointed me on several occasions. Although his nature was calm and obedient. The hotel Sea and Hill view in Kovalam is worst hotel where we stayed for 2 days. The hotel has no or delay in services, no time management, scarcity of hotel staff, bad food as well less hygiene. Please don't recommend this hotel to others because if you allocate the room of this hotel to other tourist, i think it will be a stain on your image. please do have a look into it. Have very good memories for this trip. Overall experience was good but few considers. At kovlam the hotel should have been near the beach because of which we could not spend much time there. Also could not cover all the places at munnar so that part could have been better planned. Kovlam beach was superb. Matthupaty dam had a great view. Munnar natural beauty was awesome.

This is my second trip with Travel Triangle. My experience was not great this time. Though it was mentioned that Driver will be knowing both Hindi and English but it was not the case. He knew Malayallam. It was difficult to communicate with him. The worst part was neither Rocking Trips nor Travel Triangle responded when they were given the feedback. Though Driver was a very nice person and we enjoyed the trip.

Initially while booking the hotel in Thekkady was Camelback plantation bungalow, which had good reviews online. After few days the agent calls back and offers another hotel "Periyar Seven Hills Homestay" which has pathetic service. You can call it a zero star hotel. Our package included morning breakfast but the hotel says they won't be giving us breakfast. Later on they agreed to give breakfast but they don't have a kitchen in the hotel. How can a homestay not have kitchen!!??? You have to ask for everything in the hotel.. starting from towel to hot water for bathing.. horrible service!!

I had very high expectations from this trip. The travel agent with whom i was in contact is a very nice and humble person and helped me at all steps. But the big disappointment was the driver of my cab. He hardly showed us any places and always gave negative attitude. I also got to know from other tourist that even they experienced same thing. I feel this will definitely affect kerala tourism sooner or later. And hence this trip was not upto my expectation.
