every thing fine as promised except a small hick up at Karar garden where the staff tried to shift us from that place to another place stating that it is their sister concern which is not that much comfortable and later i came back from the room and not agreed on room shifting as the ambience n room of Karar garden is exceptionally well but the alternate room they offered below par but it is not your fault it is the Karar garden staff foul game in my opinion but my over all experience with you is good thank you the agent also responded well when ever I called him

in Munnar hotel is not too good comparison of theekady and all hotels are non AC. I had to pay for dinner in all hotel, breakfast and dinner should be complimentary in the package. houseboat journey is awesome in whole trip.

1.) Sightseeing which was promised by travel agent was not given. 2.) Increased fare of flights due to delay between travel triangle/ travel agent 3) Driver was not communicated by travel agent on the sightseeing places which were promised. Good cab & professional driver. Alleppey houseboat experience was very good.
