This trip was a memorable one for my family apart from some bad experiences. As our journey had to be started from newcoochbehar,the agent promised to provide swift dezire/sumo/ bolero but they sent wagonr and that too after 2 hrs after we had reached newcoochbehar station in the morning 4 am . I was traveling with my family , so i had waited at the station for 2-3 hours in the morning with them . After we reached jaigaon ( india border ) , we freshened up and proceeded for immigration. In the immigration process they took more than 4 Hours , it could be Hassle free but the agent kept on waiting us . Once the immigration was done , we proceeded for phuentsoling (Bhutan border) . As they promised to give Creta/Santafe car for entire Bhutan trip, they provided us Maruti brezza . So we had to travel with the small car that was just horrible experience. We also asked the agent to change the car , whatever the amount I'll give extra but they didn't responded. Complimentary sim was also in the itinerary, that too was not provided by them . I had to purchase on my own . Apart from paro , punakha , phuentsoling the property at thimphu was just worst. No good room service , no tv working, heater was also not working. I would like to suggest to improve your business as this was first and last trip to Bhutan. Neither we are going to there, so i request you to atleast be credible . If you have promised to give all the facilities in the itinerary, please provide or you will loose your customers .
The driver was very amazing . We loved him , he behaved Very family type . The hotels at paro ( village lodge) , punakha ( damchen resort) and phuentsoling (park hotel) was very good. We loved their hospitality and their behaviour apart from the thimphu hotel . We loved the Bhutan trip. Just try to be credible!!
