Overall service was good, as far as Trip is concern will totally satisfied with Gangtok hotel and cab I give 4 out of 5, but in Darjeeling I give 2 out of 5, hotel is ok and also cab driver and taxi is not good, can driver using totally ruff language and also cab is not good..... If u talk about best memories, I go to lachung town, excellent atmosphere, thanks to my cab driver Mr. Promise....he totally help us each and every movement...

Travel triangle is the best way to book your tour. Once you decide on your requirements for tour, you will get quotations from multiple travel agencies with itinerary details. Also, you don't need to pay all money once, we had done payment in 3 parts. The final payment was done on d check in day, that too with an option to do it on check out. We had selected Yes Tourism for our Sikkim (Gangtok, Nathula, Darjeeling) package. It included everything right from our stay to transportation. I would like to specially thank our tour co-ordinator Sharmishta. She remained available whenever we tried to reach her, especially during some confusion at Hotel reception during chech-in. She also ensured our driver should call us a day before, which keeps on changing as per our visit for 5 days tour & she kept constant contact with us. That's how d co-ordinator should be. Overall it was a good trip but had issues with the food of the hotel that we stayed in Gangtok (The Lindsay Chehre Den). The food was really bad. There was neither taste nor quality. The hotel that we stayed in Darjeeling (Udaan Zambhala Retreat)had issues in water supply. We had rented out 3 rooms out of which 2 rooms had issues with water supply in the bathroom. Inspire of complaining multiple times, there was no action taken. Nathula, Gangtok, Zero Point, Lachung and Sunrise at Tiger hill in Darjeeling.

As such the trip was gud. But there was a lot of communication gap between us n the travel agent n the transport organizer. No prior info abt the driver 4m the transporter. Drivers like Kiran in Darjeeling, Arjun in Gangtok n Robin in Gangtok were very helpful as v r all sr. Citizens.Spl thanx 2 Baichung , the transporter. The Udan hotel staffs in Darjeeling , Phelling n Gangtok were very helpful n cooperative. The staff at the in all 3, especially Anusha at Darjeeling, Nisha at the front desk of Phelling,were too gud. Rupa n other 2 girls at woodberry hotel restaurant were very kind n helpful. Kudos 2 ur chef in all 3 Udaan hotels for their tasty meals

I really enjoyed my trip..but last hotel where we stay in Darjeeling (Palbheu) it's not as gud as others hotel.it's location is also very bad..No taxi driver wants to pick or drop at the gate of hotel because of its location....Aurora Gangtok Hotel in Gangtok nd their staff were very good..Royal Delight Hotels Royal Lachung in Lachung is also gud..
