Lachen hotel was below average..it could be improved. I don't know why they have charged extra for zero point, even they didn't paid for permit. Last two days of my trip was the best one, specially Yamthang valley mad zero point. It was awesome experience traveling through Travel triangle and hopefully will get much improved services in future.

Regarding Travel Triangle, it’s a good platform to receive and finalize the quotes from different tour service providers. One suggestion to travel triangle that they should not limit their interactions till the fulfillment of payments, but they should at least call once during the ongoing tour or at the end of the tour just to ensure that their customer is having a good time or not or they need any assistance in coping up with the tour operator. I had booked 11 days trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling with Yes Tourism via Travel Triangle. Well, to start with, the destinations were simply magnificent. The real paradise located in Eastern India. Overall tour experience was great if I exclude 2-3 experiences. If you happen to book with yes tourism, make sure you are allotted Ms.Gargi as your tour operator as she was the one who made efforts during ongoing tour to rectify the consequences, even when her head manager (Indrajeet) refused to provide assistance. We had booked 3 cars for our commute and tour, out of which one car didn’t, arrived even after waiting for 4 hours. After 4 hours of waiting, when I called the main head manager of Yes Tourism, Mr.Indrajit, I was shocked to hear his pathetic reply. He told that “today is Sunday and I am on leave, so I can’t manage. You may rent the third car on your own or manage in two cars”. After that he stopped answering the calls. It was Gargi who then came to our rescue by managing the third car from a different vendor (going off the way even when her head denied). We had an military identity card with the help of which Nathula pass entry could have been succeeded. We had submitted that ID card along with all the pertaining details for securing the entry 3 days prior to our visit to Nathula pass. When I called the local operator (Bijoy) on the day of our visit, he told that we were unable to get the permission as that bloody fellow FORGOT to take the permission. On the contrary he blamed us that we should have reminded him again for securing that Nathula permission. What was the purpose of submitting the documents and Military identity card then??????? We missed to visit Nathula pass just because of carelessness and ignorance of their local service provider Bijoy. The hotels that were provided in Lachen and Lachung, “Floret”, had only one man who looked after dining, housekeeping, reception, etc. No towels were provided at both the locations and you don’t have the network coverage as well in that region, so no point of contacting your tour operator!! So if you guys are planning for Lachen and Lachung, try to avoid Hotel Floret. Still, the overall experience was good as the locations were excellent.

The communication between the travel agency and the transport agent was very poor. At a point we we're unable to contact the transport agent at Gangtok on the way to Lachen. The number of the driver was not shared with us and we we're waiting till 1 for a drive that was suppose to start at 10. most of our en route spots could not been visited due to this. Then the driver driving us from Gangtok to Darjeeling was going to drop us off at the busy market with all our luggage. It's a good thing our Darjeeling driver was a good guy and he picked us up mid way. It was not communicated clearly from the travel agency where the driver was going to drop off at the Darjeeling hotel or not. The locals we're very friendly. the sights were amazing. our driver from gangtok to Lachen and Lachung was great.

For gangtok it was a nice trip but for darjeeling, it was extremely bad.. Total waste of money and time.. Wherever planned places to visit.. None of them covered.. Only one monestry we visited as a part of sightseeing of two day darjeeling trip.

Hotels are not booked as in itinerary. A huge dissatisfied with hotels. Even cab drivers are not replying to the asked questions and are not even guiding us. We don't even know the name of the place even after visiting. Very disappointed by Yes tourism. Places are amazing but with so much journey

Thank you Moumitha... Reached home safely... Trip was good... Hotels were awesome.. Food was homely....there are couple of incidents which we were not happy with. cabs and cab drivers were very unprofessional, rude.... Overall I will rate it 7 on a 10 scale...
