It was a great trip in all the senses except for the rain that appeared out of context. The travel Advisor 'Sharmistha' had Been exceptional ,she planned it very well and had been closely monitoring all the aspects during trip and hence making it very easy and great experience for me. It's difficult to choose one but Road travel inside Sikkim had been really great.

The trip was quite hectic. The tour agent could have planned to make it a little more relaxed. The driver was excellent and helped me out even out of the planned itenerary. Hotels weren’t that great... some of them were okay but the one in Punakha was really below average. Except for Paro, in all the places the hotels were located way outside the main city.

I'll write detailed feedback about everything. About Hotels Udaan Hotels in Gangtok and Pelling Excellent Hotels with nice staff and delicious food Royal Lachung Delight Not at all good hotel, unsupportive staff with average food About Nishit (my travel coordinator) Nice and humble guy. Answered my queries everytime. Was checking all the time about my travel plans and updates. Overall nice guy. About Yes Tourism I'll never go again anywhere with them. They hide details from me about road blocks and unavailability of one of the place in my itenary. When asked to resolve, no help whatsoever. Just left my concern unattended. I've work through those circumstances and no confirmation on safety of us at all. If you are booking through them, please have back up plan ready. I wasn't happy at all with their services and I've mentioned this to them as well. Drivers provided to us were awesome, except Siliguri to Gangtok guy. Other two were Abhi and Vishal, both are excellent drivers, with loving nature. Both of them made our travelling part super easy.

This was the first trip I booked with Travel Triangle. The hotel they gave me wasn't up to the mark and they had many restrictions which isn't feasible for a traveller. In short don't book online....book offline...and don't book any package with Travel Triangle. They charge you by making false promises and when the payment is done they don't even care to call you and ask you if you're facing any problems. The agent ( Yes Tourism) is completely irresponsible. Don't book with them.... Nothing!!!!!!!!

Wrost trip of my life due to Yes Travel. Very unprofessional tour agent. My family had wrost experience as travel agency didn't informed to hotel regarding dinner included in package. All the time at every hotel we waited for mail confirmation and then they started to prepare dinner. Don't go for yes travel.. After full payment their behaviour totally changed and also rudely behaved with my family. Waste of money.
