Travelled to Gangtok and Darjeeling through Travel partner Yes Tourism. Both the cities are extremely beautiful. However, our experience with Yes Tourism was unsatisfactory. The travel agent, we were in touch with Mr. Sandeep was very sweet before booking and pretended to accommodate all our wishes, without giving us an honest picture but when it came to the actual trip, things were different. In two instances we were allotted two different hotels than what we were promised before. The Hotel in Siliguri (we were forced to stay at Siliguri for one night inspite of having a late morning flight at 11am) was so shady that we changed the hotel at our own cost. He even forgot to get our Lake Tsongmo permits done and we were forced to rush through in the morning leaving late. Nor did he let us know in advance what kind of documents were needed to be brought. Luckily we had a few relevant documents available and could make it finally. However we missed out on Baba Mandir, as we had started late and then were stuck in traffic en route. Also his approach with us was extremely rude once we started to complain about his lack of ethics and service. He promises things orally, but continues with his original plan without accommodating our needs. Although I wouldn't recommend travelling with this partner, in case you still do.. Make sure every thing they promise is mentioned in writing. They reduce the price on the trip to lure the customer and then cost cut on many aspects reducing the quality of the trip. Highly regret choosing Yes Tourism. PS: The cab drivers were all extremely polite and helped us to save our trip. They accomodated our needs and helped us to make this trip memorable inspite of all the hurdles.

Travel triangle arranged everything so nicely for me that here was not even an iota of problem for my grand vacation of 13 days at Sikkim. From pickup to drop, from checkin to check out everything was planned in advance. There agent Biraj was in continuous touch with us through the entire itinerary. We enjoyed the whole trip considerably and will definitely prefer Travel Traingle in future Our trip to Sikkim was a memorable one. We enjoyed the whole trip through travel triangle especially the stint at Gangtok and Pelling. The memories of North Sikkim including Lachen and Lachung are also contemporary. Overall it was a lovable experience to cherish through entire life.

Gangtok Hotel(Aurora Gangtok) though the location was bad the staff ( General manager/chef/service) they made it up, so no complaint. Darjeeling Palbheu Hotel, it's shame to call it a hotel, very old building, to enter on foot you have to be very careful because you have to go down on slope, which is full of potholes. When we entered the room it was dirty looking, paint peeling off the walls. We were hungry & ordered the food(which was below any standard). I called Rimi(Yes tourism) to complain but she had all the excuses for not changing the hotel. Then I called Lalit(your colleague) but after checking with Yes Tourism he also gave the same excuse. You can check the mail sent to me on 30th September with pics of this hotel room, after seeing the pics I selected this hotel but picture & the actual room was like showing beautiful building and giving rundown old building. I was so pissed off I didn't take the picture of the room. We went out immediately to look for another hotel and moved to Udaan Zambala Retreat on our own cost. I had told Indrajeet, owner of Yes tourism that we are senior citizens so please arrange the hotel on the road level, which he promised. When I tried to reach him in Gangtok, to complain about the hotel he refused to take my call, sending me SMS that I am busy with ca nd talk to Rimi, who was just giving me excuse after excuse.In my opinion, Inderjeet is a cheater, before getting the money he was very sweet but afterwards, he showed his real colour. One thing is for sure I will never ever deal with Yes tourism and maybe with you( because you are associated with him).

All services provided are excellent except two cab driver doing unnecessary argument. Modification in trip darjling to Gangtok via namchi asked huze amount. Lastly settled. And in place of local sight seeing in Gangtok to baba mandir settled after some arguments and extra money. Alternate trip namchi and baba mandir we enjoyed very much.

The trip was great although one thing I would like to mention. In Gangtok, hotel Aurora is near bypass road which is far from the taxi stand in Gangtok. We were forced to book cabs from Gangtok taxi stand to reach the hotel. The travel agent could have booked the hotel near the area of Gangtok taxi stand. The taxi agent in Gangtok was not that active. We had to wait for 3 hrs during the day of travel from Gangtok to lachen. Other than the above points the trip was great. Arrangements were nice. Hotel facilities were excellent. Thanks to the travel agent for replying our calls. Gurudongmar Lake
