Hotel they said they booked 4 star......But it was not at all good. Visa was delayed a lot, they had not given guidance to submit documents before. Universal studios was great, cable car to sentosa was good

The tour was planned as per our instructions and executed flawlessly. 1. We stayed at Hotel Boss in Singapore. Very nice hotel, friendly check-in, check-out timings, located at walking distance from Little India. 2. Ground representatives were very supportive. They strictly adhered to timings and informed us in advance about our daily schedule. 3. Communication between ground teams was very good. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes for our pickup vehicle at airport, hotel or different attractions. 4. We stayed in Genting Dream Cruise for 2 nights and it was a memorable experience. We had a wonderful time there. Worth all the money for sure.

The travel agent in singapore is punctual and well organized as per Identify. Hotel accommodation was average , rooms were congested and faced AC issues. Thanks alot to Dorganizers and travel agent in singapore.

I used travel triangle for my 6n 7 dhoneymoon trip to Mauritius. It was really a great experience . The web site offers quotations from various agents from which one can easily compare and choose out the best deal for oneself. I choose Deft organizers for my trip and decided to go with the Anelia resort. Preeti was very helpful and guided me a lot to chose this amazing resort. She always answered all my queries in a very timely manner and was available to talk through out the trip too. Overall it was awesome service and I thank her and the team to help me in the memorable trip ever. Visit to Casela national Park was the best .

As an improvement area, Traveltriangle needs to be more involved in the visa process in India. The requirements for visa were sent after significant follow-up with Preeti, who was handling it from Deft Organizers side - though she expressed apologies for delay in the mail. Post submission of documents, further documents were asked without even verifying whether those are applicable to the passengers, etc. This was due to lack of studying the individual details of the passengers. Preeti was acting only as pass-on mechanism to transfer the information from passengers to the visa agent and from visa agent to the passengers. Though Deft Organizers were quick to change the agent from Preeti to Monika on dates near to departure. Hi, We had a wonderful Singapore trip for 4 days with family. Our tour was well planned by Traveltriangle and Delf Organizers. All members of the family with ages ranging from 6 years old to 44 years old enjoyed each and every day. Traveltriangle was able to book us the hotel we wanted and arrange pick-up/drop-offs to all attractions in a reasonable cost. The selection of attractions and providing tickets to those attractions was also very well done. Thank you very much for such a memorable holiday.

Best service .. but the shudeule of sight seen is to busy .. Adventure .. like atv or rafting is a good choice

Awesome trip and arrangements

Hotels are good to stay in Langkawi and Singapore but Singapore hotel room is small in size. Langakawi package not included much to see.. Other hand we had to shell money from our pocket. Actually, langkawi is expensive if you spend there to see tourist places. Enjoyed both places langkawi and Singapore specially

Very well coordinated trip organized by DOrganizers. They obliged to all requests & last minute changes to the itinerary even during the trip, and went overboard to make sure the trip goes well. Priti from DOrganizers has been exceptional in planning & coordinating throughout the time of booking till the time of trip completion.

It was a wonderful experience with Deft Organizers Pvt Ltd., their expertise helped us a lot in our overall trip. We went to Malaysia for our Honeymoon. Everything was well planned and they guided us throughout. In the itinerary, they covered majorly all the major tourists' points. Stay, place and everything was very nice and good. Only issue was food - for vegetarians is was extremely disappointing. Overall 4.8/5 experience for our 1st Overseas trip.

We enjoyed our tour a lot. We are very thankful to Dorganisers for their excellent cooperation for booking us good hotels and our Driver Nusan is very good. He helped us a lot and we are very thankful to him. We will book another trip in the future with the Dorganisers for sure because of their cooperation and excellent panning without any hiccups.
