Though all commitments were fulfilled by travel agent D’org, they were not customer friendly.

Some items were missing from our package. The package itenary schedule could be better. We wasted sometime in waiting areas.

Our Malaysia trip was awesome. Starting from the hotel to airport pickup/drop everything was nice. All the pickups were on time. Our itinerary was prepared very nicely by Siddharth from d organizers in such a way, that it covered almost all the destinations. All the sightseeing were perfect. Thanks d organizers for planning & arranging such a memorable hustle free trip for us. Only one thing that can be improved from your end is dealing with customer's queries in a better way to avoid multiple follow ups. Other than this... everything is okay. For the trip 5*

Bali Overall trip was good. It was planned well. The only thing I did not like was candle light dineer. It was very bad, I was in a regular restaurant where I had no option in my meal, the meal was fixed and there was not at all any feel of candle light dinner. Rest the trip was good. Hotels which were provided were good. The only thing I want to suggest to D Organizer is to work on their client followup.

All the arrangements and bookings were as per my itinerary. The cabs and all other transfers were also on time. Just a suggestion to keep comforting the travellers before the trip as many of them are booking for the first time and they are trusting you.

We organized a trip to Singapore from dorganisers. It was a wonderful experience. Everything was well planned by them. We faced no difficulty although it was our first international visit. I recommend them to everyone Well planned trip.

We had a fun filled Singapore and Bail trip in Dec, 2018. In singapore the agent were excellent and the trip very well organized. In Bali, there were scope of improvement and D'Organizer had not given us the best packages in terms of places to see. Also, another issue was transfer flight from Singapore to Bali. It had a luggage limit of only 15kg per persona nd not 30 kg as per international standard. This was not informed to us as D'Organizers considered that as "Domestic Travel". Other than that it was an amazing experience. Just keep following up on them as they tend to leave things to last minute.
