Rooms size was small. Conversation between travel agents Aatish , Nishi and us was not friendly as whenever we ask any query about our tour they answered irritably. Because of such behaviour we suffered from so much tension before tour Mr Jeya and Mr Kani are too good personalities as they manage our tour very nicely and made it memorable . For that I m giving five star rating to this fabulous amazing Singapore tour.thank u.

The overall trip was good and well planned. The hotel can be much better. There were lot of places to visit in bali which was missed itinery

we had taken the Malaysia Trip From Travel triangle agent form D'organizers ,i 'm superb glad to explore Malaysia trip for the First time,i was really worried but D'organizers made it so easy to Travel with some on time services and comementory things .From the very next time i 'll keep D'organizers as in my priority list.

Team Our trip experience was good in Singapore and Malaysia Though we enjoyed the trip I would like to list some cons which actually troubled us a lot Cons 1. Visa processing was very slow as the checklist provided by the travel agent wasn't suffice due to which we had to upload and share documents and statements even just 2 days before our travel date ..we had to go to Chennai to collect our visas and passports one say prior to our journey We went through a stressed mode of Visa processing .. 2. As per telephonic conversation with the agent, as we were 6 pax the hotel asked was 3 rooms , but at the end after the full payment and just before our travel dates ,internary was shared with just 2 rooms , and when asked for change in rooms , the agent denies stating that 2 rooms were promised.. Also the iteneray shared to us showed 3 rooms , but the hotel received the old iterinary from agent for 2 rooms , and they denied for any further changes..so we we're finally put up in 2 rooms ..very disappointing as we had paid in full for 3 rooms 3 . After the Singapore to Malaysia bus tour for 6 hours , we were dropped at Imbi station Malaysia, but we waited for 2 hours in the bus stop with our luggages for our pickup at Imbi station to check in to Ibis Hotel in Malaysia..we were famished after the bus tour and this wait made it worse and our family were totally exhausted .. Travel and internal transfers ,cabs were on time with no hassle...appreciate the timely pickup and drop . This was my first international personal trip and which was design by me so, I was a little bit of tense about my tour. As I belong to a very small district town so difficult to organized international trip plan with a renowned tour agency. I need to bank on the internet and found two really reliable associates that are Traveltriangle and D'organiser. Mr. Atish of the D'organiser is very helpful and cordial too. We are highly impressed with them. I must say for the new travelers,' if you choose them you will choose your best holiday'

Fantastic journey especially atish and salaoni helped a lot. Definitely recommended as they provided me the best quote and service. Yes just one suggestion, in the quotes try to improve in write up so people those are first time feel secured. But no doubt no issues and feel completely secured as we move ahead and had the chats. Customer services skills needs to be improved. My experience wasn’t that good with the agent and travel triangle.

It was a fantastic trip planned and executed by D'organizers. We were a large family group of 9 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. We went to Singapore and Thailand for a total of 11 nights. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical. But right from first airport pick-up to last airport drop-off, everything went well. We could cover almost all major/important tourist attractions. Only suggestion is to highlight the major attractions that are NOT covered in city tour so that people would know beforehand and if required can change/edit their itinerary.

Singapore trip planning and arrangement was very good.Hotel was very good.Sight seeing arrangement was very good. Very good coordinators.Happy with my trip.Thanks for D'Org Team.Will plan many more with you.
