The room booking was not confirmed and we had to wait and discuss with the hotel staff for at least 40 mins at 12 AM midnight with a kid. The agent is good but the process dint go smooth.About travel triangle-- The agent has called few times till we registered and done the advance payment. Later there was no followup and no response for messages. but timely he sent the invoices for balance payments. when called for some information, his response is, " ok, you need to check this with the agency which is dealing with the hotel booking". Initially to gain the confidence, they say you can call me anytime on my number if you have any issues I'll help. but when called for some information, no answer.

called agent (Mr. Mani) he assured the money will be credited by him to my account. later he told only 600 he will provide and rest is of extra duty hours which was not prior informed by agent nor by travel triangle.
