They were courteous, prompt, budget conscious and precise. They delivered exactly what they promised. The very few times that there were any glitches, they promptly corrected the glitch. They are a customer savvy and responsive group of travel professionals and I sure would like to book another travel trip with them. I have seen many parts of the globe. Some of the spots in Sikkim and Darjeetling are better than the best spots in the world.

Testimonial for our travel agent at I am Himalyas: Mr. Arbin Giri Thankyou for organizing a wonderful trip for us. It was quite a memorable trip. We loved Sikkim and Himalayan mountains..! It was breath taking..! Everything went on smoothly..! You were always available for answering our queries and doubts. We would also like to thank Mr. DK for smooth coordination during the Sikkim part of the trip. A special thanks to Drivers: especially to Mr. Khemu Subbu (I think that was his name), Romesh and Paktu. Subbu took us through some very rough terrains in Lachen and Lachung and he drove excellently and we were really touched by his concern for our safety! And it was rather pleasant to chat up with Ms.Usha (Hotel Swiss-Gangtok). It was delightful and she gave us much information about Sikkim...! All and all it was a beautiful and memorable trip! It makes me want to come and visit this beautiful paradise again... Looking forward to travel again soon with "I am Himalayas". It was a gr8 experience with Travel Triangle. All the arrangment provided were good & the most likey part was that we were not bounded for timing during the trip it was flexiable. Travel Triangle and Arbin did a good job in the trip management. In the beginning I was skeptic about booking with TravelTriangle, but the experience was good. They agents have good grasp of the place and give good advises about the travel. Travel triangle made my travel much better in terms of comfort and economy both!! Kudos to the team. I think they can improve on the feedback loop. If there is a problem with the hotel or the cab, it takes a long time to get the fix. Apart from that no issues with the travel Changu Lake. The travel, the place, view and the chill all was super exciting. I'll remember that part of the travel for lifetime
