I Am Himalaya Tours Travels

It was a good experience overall expect the hotels in Lachung and Pelling, the hotel food and service of the hotels in Pelling was terrible and I don't expect anyone to experience the same. Cabs and cab drivers were very helpful in the Trips overall.

I booked my trip with "I am himalaya Tours travels", for 2N Gangtok, 1N Darjeeling. The Gangtok trip was overall good. However there were some miscommunication and mismanagement between the cab agency and the travel agent. On 2 occasions, we have been asked to change the cab in the middle of the road by the driver and transferred to another cab by drivers without any communication from the travel agent. I travelled with my parents who are having knee problems. So it was a problem for me. Gangtok hotel was good but far from MG Marg, but it was well connected by cabs to mg marg. Hotel staff behaviour and drivers behaviour were good. My Darjeeling trip was totally ruined by a single hotel, named "Salatrees boutique hotel". We had to suffer a lot for the 1 night we stayed there. No electricity, no power backup, no basic amenities were there. We had to spend our night in complete darkness. The managers behaviour was too rude, and he accused us of not choosing a higher priced premium room in his hotel. Most pathetic hote I hae ever seen.

Overall trip was awesome ...the agent planned it very well .im just disappointed for nathula pass.. the agent should have inform the driver before hand for nathula pass permit ,luckily driver was smart enough he managed to get the entry pass/ permit after a long wait...hotels were all very good though the agent forgot to enquire whether non vegetarian/vegetarian hotel Driver was too good ....wanted orchid managed to request one aunty for flower from her house .

The itinerarywas customized according to need and was appropriately priced . The service , feedback and timely co-operation was perfect .

Hotels were terrible inspite of paying higher 1- in lachen, windows weren’t sealed properly and made it impossible to sleep in sub zero temperature 2- in lachung- room was quite crampy inspite of paying extra and food was terrible too 3- in Darjeeling, area and hotel was quite dirty and we had to book new hotel as we couldn’t live there 2- Extra Driver Fee Few places weren’t open and after asking for alternate driver charged 2500 rs extra. It’s ok, nothing great

In Gangtok hotel service was good but in Darjeeling hotel service was not good. Room was too small. In Darjeeling hotel person giving me a standard room in place of deluxe room. Deluxe room was in my package and telling him many time they told me it was a deluxe room and the driver in Darjeeling was also not good. Changu lake and baba harbhajan singh was good place to visit and hotel and hotel service was very good and the local site seeing was also good. Traveler was good and helping me in evry aspect for the trip.

The cab driver was polite and friendly. The driver was good but there was no co-ordination between the driver and the agent.It would have been better the plan was already discussed and cleared. Hotels were quite good and clean.

Hello.. First of all thanks to team triange About dis trip it was gud but very disappointed That we could not cover main spot due to weather condition. But my point is if any weather condition bad or gud you people must inform us so that we can change our plan
