Overall it was an awesome trip and special thanks to I am Himalaya for the arrangements they have done and made this a memorable trip. Cab drivers of Sikkim were very good and cooperative. Always on time and careful drivers. Darjeeling cab driver was not so good but can be given average rating. Hotel Udaan woodberry is an excellent place to stay. Food quality and staff is excellent. However Udaan Zambala is average in terms of rooms and food. Not happy with the services provided by Travel triangle team. For one simple invoice of my air ticket i have to follow up for some 3 weeks. This was my third travel with Travel Triangle and highly disappointed with the behaviour this time. My travel partner was not available for weeks neither was responding on my mails. Only for taking advance money i was getting mails from her. Person from Flight booking team tried to solve the problem however didn't able to and after that stopped taking my calls and msgs. Highly un professional behaviour. I have never seen such poor services by travel triangle in my last 2 trips. They took 3 weeks in providing invoice for the flight which i booked in August this year. No coordination, no customer management, no communication, no clarity on the process. Even i logged my complaint in customer care and the representative told me that she will look into the issue and will call back. I have to call her again after waiting or 24 hours and then also she as asking for more time to look into the issue . When we looged any complaint in customer care online thir automated mail comes stating our representative will call you in 48 hours. Till today i am waiting for their call. Not sure why customer care team is set up when they are not taking interest in listening to the queries of their customers. In total "Excellent - 5" rating to I am Himalaya and "Bad - 0" rating to travel triangle team for this trip.

The hotel at Lachung was not good. The service and food of hotel was very poor.

The trip was well organised and travel agent kept everything in place and made all bookings and clearance seamless for us. Only thing which we felt could be improved was one of the driver Raju was very rash driving despite we requested him to drive carefully, Car could have been little more comfortable as well. Best memories was of zero point and Nathula pass nice weather and unforgettable experience.

Over all good but some hotels not as per our need and requirements.Hotel grand Lachung is not a two star Hotel it is a standard hotel as per hotel manager but voucher it was mention two star. Travel agent not as active and not professional, that should understand the customer requirements correctly and accrodigly give the services they should booked hotels before our arrival.. Correct communications need. Don't consider places which are not worth to visit such as Chopta valley etc. Visited places like Nathula, Baba Harbazan Mandie, Saar dham, Kala. Pagan, yumthang valley and guidance by local driver is really help full to visit the places

Our 6nights/7days trip to Gangtok, Lachung and Darjeeling was very well organized by Iam Himalaya travel agents. Special thanks to Kirti for following up on day to day basis and arranging the travel requirements well in time . Udaan Woodberry Hotel and Spa at Gangtok is very good but the drawback is that this is too far from the city centre and people like us coming from South India would have preferred hotels near the city centre so that we can explore during the leisure time. Please avoid Hotel Grand Lachung at Lachung for new customers has the hotel is not all maintained well nor the bed or facilities are good. Also it would be good if the option of room heaters may be at extra cost is given, so that people not accustomed these extreme temperatures can opt for. We did try to ask for one at Lachung but they did not have room heaters. The hotel at Darjeeling - Golden Heights enclave was good location wise as well as interiors. All the cabs/drivers alloted to us were very good. Overall the trip was a memorable one and my kids enjoyed the most. Again thanks to Iam Himalaya and Travel Triangle for making this trip a memorable one.

Hotel booked by travel agent Im himalaya at Sikkim "Sidlon residency" was good. But Hotel booked at Darjeling "Hotel Palbheu" was not good for family purposes. They are not cooperative . Breakfast is served after 8.45 am only. Even though Parking charges are covered in the tour inclusions, still i had to shell out my money for parking charge at Mirik lake and Doul dro chorten. Had horrible time at Nathula pass where-in we were told to go in two different vehicles (last 5 kms) to the location (Husband and wife were booked in one vehicle and kids in other vehicle.. This is really stupid). Also prior to the trip, it was mentioned that the cost of Nathula pass is 4000 per vehicle (for the last 5 km ride). For the last 5 km, we had to travel in a vehicle with 10 members. Still the tour operator demanded 4000 from 4 of us and we had to pay. This is unfair. Driver provided at sikkim wanted to take his family in our private vehicle - to an location and hence he deviated the route (in the morning) and we ended up in seeing the Seven sister waterfalls (after 7 pm...actually planned at 10am in the morning) This is not at fair.

I have booked for the Cab service from I Am Himalaya Tours Travels, the co-ordination was very good, the chauffeur's Mr. Sonam from Gangtok was exceptionally Great in provide the best service and Mr Pravash from Darjeeling. I am very happy with the service provided, as for the TRIP it was an awesome experience, next time will try with the Hotel Selection as well :) lets see how thing will be :) Thanks to Kriti for the excellent arrangements.

We had a wonderful trip . well organized trip by I Am Himalaya. special thanks to Kriti , hotels was neat and clean provided good view rooms , drivers are very polite and helpful has good knowledge about the place . they covered 3 extra place which is not included in the list

I am Himalayas were excellent. Apart from couple of minor issues, everything went well. Darjeeling evenings.

Everything was good but drivers were asking for parking fees which was actually included in our package apart from that rest was well organized

Trip was good but hotel was fine
