I always used to prefer making my own itinerary after researching about a place. This was the first time we booked our tour through an travel agency and I am himalayas really firmed our first ever experience. There were no hassles in the trip. The hotels booked were good specially the hotel staff. The cab drivers were good expect the day we had a local visit in Gangtok. Special thanks to Lawrence for organizing everything really well. We had to check out from the hotel in Gangtok at 5:00 am in the morning to reach airport on time. Since, the breakfast timings were 7:00 am, we were supposed to skip our breakfast that day. But, the hotel staff (The SWISS HOTEL) were really hospitable, they provided us a full pack of bread, butter, jam, eggs, instant coffee mix to help us have a good first meal the previous evening only without any charges. We were really touched with their hospitality.

We just back from Gangtok and Darjeeling tour for our honeymoon! We booked it through traveltriangle. They put us in contact with I am Himalaya! They planed our tour according to our requirements! Arpana, who is coordinator from Iamhimalaya took care of all the arrangements-hotels, cars and planned our tour. She is attentive and did a professional job and made our honeymoon very special. Most importantly, they arranged cars who are in time and did a professional job. We had three days trip in Gangtok that covers local and outside Gangtok sightseeing. It was wonderful. And had two days in Darjeeling that cover kanchenjunga from tiger hills and local sightseeing. Climate was foggy and wonderful! Overall we had a great time!!

Drivers are cooperative. Travel agents are responsive.Food provided in hotels is good. Visiting chengu lake and baba mandir.We enjoyed the journey.

Good...But need to Rumtek monastry and Gangtok sight seeing in same package and amount. Lachang trip ...And rumtek Monastry.

We finalized I am Himalaya because of their quick response and constant follow up. Since this was our first trip to Sikkim and our first experience of an online tour booking we were a little apprehensive but in totality the trip turned out to be good. 1.) Hotels The hotel booked in Gangtok was Sidlon Residency. The rooms were nice clean and spacious. Although we had booked for an executive room, the hotel gave us the suite as it was empty so it was a pleasant surprise. The food however was not great. Also, the hotel was far from the market area so we had nothing much to do in the evenings. It would have been good if we had clarified this earlier. Nonetheless, in the future, It would be good to clarify from the customer about their preference of location for the hotel so that they get a chance to witness the city as well. We faced a problem with the hotel booking when we reached Lachen at Night. Royal Delight Hotel had overbooked and hence could not accommodate us. We were shifted to another hotel after much delay which was a little problematic as it was quite late and we were tired from the journey. I would suggest that in future this hotel should not be offered to any guest. Instead, Hotel Lachen View Point should be chosen. The rooms were very pretty and the staff was sensitive to our needs and made us feel at home. The place was clean, hygienic and the food was simple and tasty. Hotel Norling in Lachung was excellent and had good quality food. The room was a little cramped but had all other amenities. Most importantly had generator facility. 2.) Cabs We used 3 different cabs during the trip and each one of the cab drivers was well behaved and friendly. Mr Wangchuk who took us to Lachen and Lachung was the best with an amazing collection of Hindi songs. 3.) Internal Passes arranged by local agent We felt that the local agent employed for the purpose of getting the passes for the different sites was not very efficient. He took a lot of time arranging the pass for Lachen Lachung as a result of which we got late for our journey. Also, the pass arranged for Nathula Pass had some problem and the three cars for which a combined pass was arranged could not visit Nathula while all other cars went ahead smoothly. We wasted around 3 hours waiting for the confusion to clear out but in the end could not visit Nathula which was on top priority on our agenda. I hope Mr Lawrence will take our review and feedback in the right spirit and improve the services. He is a friendly person and always available on whatsapp and phone. I bugged him with a lots of queries about the travel destinations, weather, hotels, permits etc and he always answered promptly.

I wanted to gift something amazing to my hubby on our anniversary. Through Travel Triangle I came in contact with I am Himalaya. And with their help I could gift him a wonderful vacation in Gangtok and Darjerling. We are really very happy with all the arrangements. All the hotels were good. Ambience at Gangtok hotel Sidlon was fantastic and eyecatching view of Kanchenjunga from a balcony at Darjeeling hotel Golden Heights Enclave was mesmerizing. All the drivers were sober and helpful. And special Thanks to Lawrence. He was constantly in touch with us and always ready to handle any issues. It was a great help in a region where we were like an alien. So he was always there to help us. Thanks again. I will definately recommend I am Himalaya to my friends

We booked our tour of Sikkim with iamhimalaya and the experience was hassle free. Mr. Lawrence made sure that we got hotels and itinerary matching our requirements. The selection of hotels was excellent and the drivers that were assigned for us really courteous. The best part of the entire process was that they made sure all the arrangements are in place and they took timely updates about everything. I am really happy that we booked with them.

Travel agencies should know about the cab and driver details they are sending. one day we had poor cab and very harsh driver changu lake is best.
