Overall it was a good trip. The agent service and the car was good. The Summit Heritage and Summit Newa regency hotel in Darjeeling and Pelling didnt had proper heating mechanism for rooms. Additionally both had back side wall facing rooms. Also the water heater would take 45 min to heat up so we had to wait a lot in the morning. The breakfast and dinner was average. Also the restaurant room didn't had proper heating because of which the food used to get cold too fast. Everything else was good. The agent was available at all time for any query. Changu lake and Nathula pass sight seeing.

It was an awesome trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling. Lawrence always took feedback regarding the trip arrangements throughout the trip and made sure that travelling is smooth. Thanks Lawrence, for planning such a nice trip. The hotels (Summit Group) suggested by I M Himalayas were up to the mark and gave us nice hospitality with personal attention to all the guests. Over all it was a superb experience travelling to the beautiful northeast region of our country.

The location we went (Gangtok-Darjeeling) was having awesome sightseeing spots-nathu la, tsomgo lake, tiger hills etc. But there was lack of planning in the way it was arranged. 1-2 locations were not covered because of this. Hotels were just average, especially restaurants were not up to the mark. Cab drivers were a little rigid in the case of food and sightseeing.
