Traver agent did not manage our tour properly and cordinate with taxi and hotel rightly. Best moment of our tour was staying in hotels at vista vally resorts at gangtok and royal lachin best staff and service with loving manager

Trip planned was good,but as per our dates some important places were closed on that days when we visited...and we really missed to see that which was imported places like Nathulal was closed on Tuesday and zoo was closed on thurdasay...... If on whole trip our memories places was Baba mandir and tiger hill sun rise.... Other places was not just local sight seen

3rd hotel Shalom palace was very poor..No service..no food satisfaction. Pelling. Best service provided by hotel and driver.

We had been planning for this trip for months. We were extremely short of time and completing this exhaustive itinery in a matter of 3 days seemed unattainable. But I must say we sailed through without missing out on anything. Travel triangle proved worthy once again. We were linked with Himalayan travels as outlet tour operater. Overall we had no complains about the trip except a few hiccups. Worth mentioning was the quality of cars made available to us as the lion's share of our trip involved coursing through the bumpy hilly roads of Sikkim but thanks to the cars provided to us we had a comfortable journey altogether. Overall it was a nice trip. I would pen down my suggestions/concerns here: -himalayan travels needs to seriously review the travel agency they partnered with to provide the cars. Quality of cars and drivers was impeccable, but their services were drought with incessant delays. - our journey to lachen got delayed due to delay in procuring permits despite me sending the id cards well in advance Our journey back to Bagdogra airport got delayed as the car arrived late. The driver was unapologetic about the inconvenience caused to us and even misbehaved with us when we informed the tour operater regarding the delay. - contact person from Himalayan travels was often not available over the phone at the time of need - travel traingle was not reachable on phone when I tried contacting them when the hotel we were to stay in lachen said they had no rooms left upon outlet arrival. The reason probably was that it was a sunday. Though they were reachable on WhatsApp, I believe provision should be made for immediate access to travel triangle at the time of distress.

hotels were good except Lachen. Lachen hotel was very bad. driver was superb. but Himalayan travels Coordinator was very very unprofessional. we had very bad experience. Gurudongmar Lake

Barring some minor hiccups, the trip was fun. Tried Travel Triangle for the first time but had a good experience.
