It was overall a nice experience however the personal touch that you would expect from a small operator was missing once the payment was done there was barely any communication nor a follow through when the holiday began.

It was good trip. We found inconvenience with room size in rose park hotel (Ooty) and with cab driver who always switch off the AC. Expert theses the trip was good and with lot of memories

Kudos to cab and cab driver also for the hotel booked apart from boathouse. Really disappointed with the experience of boathouse.food was good in boathouse but not maintained cleanly.
