The trip arranged was very nice and also the service was good.The agent Sahil and Ashraf from BookITForgetIT took a good efforts to make our itinerary the best one. Munnar hotel and its location was the best.. We had "Blossom hill" Resort in munnar.A great balcony view. Even Thekkady hotel was superbb.,"Periyar Meadows" Very spacious and good hotel to stay and have food. Houseboat experience was great.The chef and Captain of boat was very friendly and sweet.We had spend one night and half day in boat but we seriously enjoyed each moment in boat. The site seeing covered was very nicely arranged by driver.The driver was very nice and helpful. We even visited 'Jatayu Earth Centre' on the way to Kovalam.Its was actually out of the way,but we eagerly wanted to visit that place so and Sahil communicated with driver and we visited it and it was worth visiting. Even the kovalam hotel was quite ok..but not so good service.The location of Kovalam hotel was very good at beach facing hotel room " Soma palmshore beach resort" but the service was not upto the mark.. Travel agent was not provide the clear information about the trips plan and contact information. I need to ask them everytime to get any information (hotel vocuher, cab driver details, check in and check out time etc..) It is very hard experience with the travel agent. Hotel : it is ok with the experience. But they changed the room in between if some other booked the room. Cab: They are genuine and on time to pick up and drop. They are much experienced and known all the places. Very much satisfied with travel with them and feel much safer.

1 )Revoult Hotel - From Room to service to Food everything was awesome , staff r friendly with good Behaviour. 2) Crown Valley ( Thakeddy) - From Room , Service & Food excellent. Staff behaviour r gd , Reciption wer very good & Friendly. Love it . 3) The Dunes Cochin- Food & Service excellent. But Room Also good , the worst was the washroom was smelling bad . 4 ) Driver - Mr Manoj was nice gentle person who took care of us like a family member. The Car was Clean all the time . And My Family was very happy with is service.

Cab driver service was great. Travel agent service also was great.

Need more clarity on hotel blocking and booking. Otherwise everything was pretty good

First of all, i really thanks BOOKITFORGET IT AND TRAVEL TRIANGLE for their amazing services. The Chauffer was amazing. He contributed a lot throughout our travel. However, i had few issues with the Travel Agent (BOOKITFORGETIT). Firstofall without my permission they shifted the itinerary, i faced some issues regarding the payment at hotel which was already done by me. But overall a good experience. Munnar (Tea Plantations)

Travel went fine.But room booked is far away from city, parking is difficult, wifi is not good, service in hotels is slow and cost is more. I spent 30k for package but 25k is reasonable Room is hygiene and restaurant is ok

First of all i want to say big thanks to travel agent for arranging the trip in wonderful moment. My kid and my wife was really enjoyed in the three days trip. The way of staffs behaviour is so nice in hotel, cab driver and also from travel agent. My rating for the agent is Top star. And last one, pls send the shopping voucher (complimentary) to my mail ID. I just want to share my overall experience for the trip you customized...Really, we loved the way you customized the trip. My family members are very happy about the trip...Also, you helped me a lot in adding places and gave me a lot of options...I troubled u a lot but u politely answered all the questions with a smile "HA JI, HA JI"

Firstly, I would like to thank Loveneet from Bookitforgetit, who was amazing at helping us book our dream trip to Maldives at very discounted rates. She was very kind and patient to help us with so many quotes, answer each of my question and following up on me for if I need any help even during my trip. She helped me customize our trip to be a split between a private resort and a public island and we loved it. Definitely rate my travel agent 10/10. For the TravelTriangle platform, I love the idea of the product. But the website and the execution of the whole journey is seriously waste of potential. There are so many things they need to improve - 1. The iOS app is useless beyond just requesting quotes. I cannot see my travel vouchers and the navigation for UI is so hard. 2. Once I have finalized the trip and even made the payment, I still keep seeing other quotes on the iOS app -- they should just remove all of it since it doesn't matter anymore. The website is also not very helpful in hiding those. 3. Being a travel website, I didn't expect to be paying 3% fees on using my travel credit card! It's insane in this age to be asking for such large fees for platform use where my card helps me get better cashback and even travel benefits like trip protection and travel insurance for free. I am going to seriously think twice about using this service just for this reason. On the positives: 1. The operations team was helpful in finding me better travel agent. They did follow up (maybe little too much). 2. Great set of travel partners to get choices of. Once you get the travel partner, The travel agent helped customize every angle of our Maldives trip.

Trip was good , but would have been awesome if driver would have got his money on time by travel triangle. I had to pay the driver almost 10k since he was short of money . Then he returned the money back to me after few follow ups. Which would have been avoided by travel triangle . Travel triangle should have called me earlier before the staring of trip and should have informed to pay my last installment as cash to driver.. otherwise the trip was good.
