The hotel Fog Resort was nice.. The cab driver was very helpful, polite and friendly. The houseboat was sold as 5 star rated.. It was barely 3 star to be generous in terms of facilities. The houseboat was courteous and nice. The food was real authentic and tasty. But do NOT sell this as 5 star package.

Whole trip was very nicely arranged two thing I have to mention Ur chosen houseboat was so average kitchen houseboat room was very very average no tv and u should discourage ur clients to go on houseboat stay instead u suggest 2 3 hr trip on houseboat and later nightstar at hotel. Hotel airlink castle though 5 star mentioned but very average room hot water comes after half of water wastage each time , smell in room no hindi or english channel subscription in deluxe room also. Stay at thekkady was fabulous journey from munnar to thekkady was very scenic

Smt akansha agrawal is good for nothing. Due to your payment issue driver stopped vehicle. I had paid all amt well before due date n if u didnt pay to travel agency its not my problem. Diego this issue i contacted smh akansha 5 6 times on 06.06.19 n she replied with bluff everytime. Pls groom ur staff well n replace such staffs immediately. Driver was very good but food quality on house boat was bad. recruit good travel coordinators. Cab n driver
