We had booked a trip for kerela with Travel Triangle / Bookitforgetit for. Overall we had a very good trip. I would rate it between 8-9 out of 10 in terms of hotel arrangement, sightseeing, travel arrangements, flight options, travel agent responsiveness. We were a group of 9 people out of which 7 were senior citizen (75 years & above). I was very apprehensive as the entire responsibility rested on me for the trip. The entire group had left it on me to plan everything. i had started discussing the itinerary almost 2 months in advance. We went back and forth on hotels. But eventually Book it and forget it were able to give us what we wanted. Infact the over pricing for the trip was so good and we did not compromise on the quality of the hotel. Fortunately everything fell in place and the trip was a great success. Everybody in the group loved the holiday.

We have been provided sharing houseboat for half of the day. However, we had booked for private houseboat. This is very poor service provided by travel agent. They should check properly.
Also, hotels which were booked initially are not provided and informed us after making payments that it is full.
It should be named as "Dont book it..."
