My last day hotel payment was not done by agent. Even I couldn’t even contact with agent on that crucial moment. I had to pay the last day hotel fee. And after my trip I got refund after so many follow ups. Though planning was good. Elephant ride and Kovalam beach was awesome.

Had a good trip with my wife. But the driver is rigid to take us to the places what we asked for. Always taken us to the places which are commercial and didn't take us to the agreed places like top view points etc.

We were not given the details of our boat ride in Alleppey. On calling the agent for couple of times we got it. All the Places we visited were beautiful.We enjoyed everything thoroughly.The cab driver did not know any other language except for Malayalam.He could understand some words of hindi and english.We felt it difficult to make him understand what we wanted on first day, but later on we had fun chatting with him using single/one word. The hotels and resorts booked for us were comforting and had an amazing views. Thank you Book It forget It and Travel Triangle for making our first trip memorable.
