Bookitforgetit did a great job in terms of organising and taking care of our trip. We went to Munnar thekkady alleppy. We enjoyed our stay. The driver was very kind and friendly with us. Agent Adesh was very helpful and quick to act. He took our requests promptly and helped us in making our trip successful. The only problem I'd say we had was food in the houseboat at alleppy. Nothing very bad but it could've been much much better. Overall experience was great. Adesh from bookitforgetit did a great job. Driver Ratheesh from the travel agency also did a great job. Looking forward for another trip with Bookitforgetit. Waterfalls in Munnar. Boat ride at backwaters of kerela. Beaches.

It was ok ok Trip..not gud not bad..i asked for hindi speaking driver but the driver doesnt know hindi..also some sight scenes are not covered..overall it was ok trip..WHITE ROSE HOUSE BOAT VERY POOR SERVICE.NEVER BOOK THIS. candle light dinner and bed decoration was good...hotels are also good

House boat was not clean. We observed lizards in the room. Torned bet sheets were provided. With the kind of atmosphere alleppy has kindly advise your customers to go in for 24 hours a/c house boat. Boat offered to us was shiv gangs. Driver service was excellent. Very clean car. Driving was safe . Driver name Eldhose. He was very polite and helpful. Very much recommended. Good Itenary.

Dear Team, This was recommended by my friend. We booked a deal from Book it forget it . While sending our documents for visa they lost our original documents. We haven't received that document yet. We went to Wings of Time , Sentosa Island where they booked the other date ticket and gave us the different itinerary. We had to purchase the ticket on our own, on informing them they refused to refund. We haven't received the refund of it yet. Can I expect a call back from your company to solve my queries ?

Overall Trip was good but I am having mixed feelings for same. 1. Driver @Raju Anna was good. but Tempo traveler was ok... little old model even I asked for good one. 2. House boat was good but staff services were not good. Houseboat stay was also nice but meals menu should have more options. 3. Munnar hotel was excellent. good service with tasty food. Over all trip was good... enjoyed :) Thanks @Sahil to make arrangements.

Overall experience with travel triangle is very good and they resolved all the problems which I faced. But their vendor bookitforgetit is not reliable and they messed up multiple things and I had to call travel triangle representative to get those solved. Good thing is that travel triangle representative was very responsive and solved all the things messed up by their vendor bookitforgetit.
