Driver is good but the car had issues, on the way out had flat tyre had to stop and on the way back car broke down again had to stop. You guys should ensure car is of good condition. Also hotel not in madikiri you should book only in madikiri as kushalnagar has no cafe etc if one wants to step out this should have been told while selling hotel

The driver and cab provided was not at all good.Driver have some contacts with some local activities points and he always insist us to go there only so that he get some commission.one more thing is they provided us Tata Vista whose AC was not working properly even though they promised for Figo or swift. Alleppey resorts was awesome.

My last day hotel payment was not done by agent. Even I couldn’t even contact with agent on that crucial moment. I had to pay the last day hotel fee. And after my trip I got refund after so many follow ups. Though planning was good. Elephant ride and Kovalam beach was awesome.
