Good trip given by Sahil Nanda, the driver (Shefi) was very helpful, polite and supporting. Munnar experience was very nice but there was an issue with the houseboat, I had chosen for Allepey for the houseboat package but the houseboat was offered at Kumarakom which was very disappointing. Munnar and Houseboat

whole trip was good except house boat it was great trip arranged by sahil nanda in trip we found kerala was very beautiful an peaceful city.

Had an awesome time. The driver was really good and helpful all the time. We will visit the destination again. The elephant bath and jungle safari in munnar were fantastic.

Munner hotel and house boat was not so good..cochi hotel is awesome and remains hotels are good. Munner hotels was changed and not communicated driver so I have to call 3 to 4 person to get the room and driver was saying you should know the hotels before start of trip.and for house boat it is horrible,in voucher pick point was given as allepey. and I got a message to come to Mohamma for house boat pick.Driver was not at all interested to go there and house boat person is saying you have a pick at Mohamma after a long discussion over phone for 2 hours with 4 people driver was ok to go to Mohamma it was so horrible.in in iterate we have missed some. places on the way to munnar to tekkady.pleaselet us know if it comes under the protection policy for which o have paid money.The driver was not all interested ro show the places mentioned in itenary in munnar if there is some traffic he used to park the vehicle and made us to half 2 kms up and down..after we came he was keep saying the places we not good and you have on own and asking how is places Other than driver and allocation,the places visited was good and we have enjoyed a lot.

Overall the trip was a nice experience. Book it Forget it Agent sahil was very co-operative from the time of booking. 4 stars to him. But the only mistake which he made was he never informed us that the final installment of the payment should be made to the cab driver directly. When the driver asked us for the same upon picking us from cochin airport we were surprised. since the driver was ok for online transfer i had no issues in that. If not it would have been a mess with demonetization. One negative thing about the hotel booking was the hotel given by Sahil as replacement for the one which i requested was no where near to comparison. I made a point to visit the hotel which i requested (Misty Mountain Resort, Munnar) was beyond comparison the one which these guys proposed (River Tree Munnar). They never mentioned about the resort which they booked is 20 KM away from munnar town. The hotel in thekkady was good. But the choice was made by me. Another draw back these guys do not give you the details about the boat house until last two days before your travel commences. They mentioned A/C premium House boat. But it was just a boat nothing premium about this. For flower decoration in house boat though sahil mentioned that it's been taken care, but the staffs in the boat was not aware of this. I had to reach out to Sahil & in turn to the local kerala operator to get this done. One positive thing about the trip was the cab driver Joseph was a very nice person and co-operative. Request for this driver if you are on a trip to Munnar, Thekkady Sahil the travel agent from Book it Forget it was very courteous and never ever hesitated to respond my calls as and when required.

Overall trip is good and had wonderful experience of nature and beauty .Driver is friendly and guide alot . Hotels provided were quite comfortable . Houseboat Is full paisa vasool . Karyalipaattu, tea plantation and houseboat are best memories in trip

Cab services is good. Hotel in Munnar(fog resort) and Poovar island is awesome. The Alleppy Houseboat could have been better(Aqua houseboat).The places taken by the driver was nice and good. Trip to Poovar Island and the places visited from the boat near it.

MUNNAR: 1ST & 2ND NIGHT - Green trees resort , I feel this resort only had an advantage of being surrounded by greenery and hills. No AC was provided for super deluxe room afternoon was very warm and after that it’s really cool. Food was average , only breakfast and dinner ( paid basis) will be served no lunch at all and yes all the waterfall were dry no sightseeing at all in Munnar. Thanks to our driver who suggested some good paid adventures otherwise it was a hell vacation. Thekkady: 3rd Night: (Hotel blooming paradise) , An average hotel ( infact dharamshala ) with pathetic food, we booked a superior class room but believe me 3rd class hotel no class at all. Whole day got wasted. For Boat cruise through Periyar Lake you have to book early this was included in itinerary. Upon reaching we were told all tickets were sold and have to wait next morning 7 am for fresh batch. Priority was given only to foreigners for tickets. In short bad day except elephant ride and Kathakali performance in evening rejuvenate the mood a bit. Thekkady-Alleppey : Houseboat day ( 4th day ) – This was the day we were waiting for overall it was good and bad in many ways too. TV was played at 5.30 PM only as they took the connection from other boat. All the meals were good. It was an average houseboat after seeing some other houseboat. Arrangement of Candle light dinner with cake and flower bed decoration for once at houseboat.( It was only in itinerary not in real , cake was like Britannia fruit cake – My bad I was expecting too much from them ). Alleppey-Cochin ( 5th day ) – Hotel Dwarka (AC room)- This was the only hotel in the vacation where I felt room was Upto the mark, paid meals were good. Only thing we enjoyed was beach in the evening. Learnt a lesson don’t get fooled by cheap price being offered by agents at least if you are with your parents or wife and want it memorable vacation, book at least 4 star hotel. I regretted the earlier bookings cancelled by me for other travel companies as all of them offered 4 star hotel though the price was high but I guess it gonna worth it. Planning a re-vacation soon for filling the gap left earlier but yes this time new place and through good agents. Not complaining this agent but i guess 3 star hotel was bad choice of mine. Only thing have good Repo with your driver he will make your day instead of what is being mentioned in itineraries. They know the best places to hangout.

it was very nice trip. we enjoyed lot. Driver Pramod is very good Man, we enjoyed his company. But Cab AC was not working. Hotels and its Services was made us happy.
